Received partial order, no response

No tracking options available. Sent multiple emails, no response. Tried over the phone, however phone is cut while talking. Stay away from this fraud site. They loot your money. Product did not delivered

Still waiting for product to be sent. Checked tracking and item is tsill awaiting to be collected from company. Obviously no followup action has been taken to ensure item is being sent to me

I was not delivered the product. I had to follow up multiple times. And I informed them twice about the change in phone number because I traveled after 7 days of not receiving the item, still I was not contacted on the new number. Now I am waiting for the refund.

Got scammed by this company because my Kerastase was not available anywhere else and I trusted Google (silly me).
The website is dead and Instagram is even deadlier: all videos/photos are taking from somewhere else and fake.
They do not reply, and if you call their number, there is a construction worker saying at first that he has nothing to do with the shop but then saying 'Send me the money'.
No COD, no customer interaction, no reply after the payment.
Only after I reported them to PayTM and threatened with the police report, I got my order shipped.
What I received was a fake: open and broken bottle, unsealed, clearly used.
Avoid at all costs
I also reported them to Google and Instagram, such shops should not be publicly advertised

I ordered Moroccanoil oil shampoo 1000 ml from the website. I received it on time but it is totally fake. I have been using this product since last 10 years. The moment I saw the bottle I knew something was a miss . It was refilled was some fake shampoo. Don’t ever think of ordering from there

I have placed an order more than 2 weeks back, and is stuck at Delhivery for more than 10 days.no way to contact the seller or cancel the order. It's a hoax! Please don't trust the seller or website.
