If i could give no stars I would. I like to support small businesses but this one has disappointed me! Purchased x3 items they didn’t arrive till quite some time. Emailed the company no reply msg via social media no reply! Items arrived but aren’t very good they are flimsy and one earring hoop is bent! Have emailed yet again no reply! Very disappointing will not be purchasing from them again!

I brought 3 pairs of earrings, the arrived quickly and beautifully packaged ( felt like i had sent myself a gift). I love them all, such good quality. Will definitely be buying more x

The earrings are always of excellent quality and weight, and the packaging is very well thought out and protects the earrings perfectly.
I have made orders with The Little Earring Company twice now, and am sure I'll be making more orders in the future as new designs are released.

The products are average quality at best. I got the subscription box which supposedly contained more value than the price of the box, however I wouldn't have paid any more for what I received.
The main issue is how difficult it was to cancel the subscription, and that the company just didn't respond at all to any communication attempts.

Great choice of earrings. I got a pair as a present with an earring holder, which is very cute and will make a lovely present. I also got myself another pair which I am very pleased with. They are so easy to put in and look lovely. They are always beautifully packed, each in its own bag

Pretty earrings but great difficulty actually joining them up .I am still trying but I think they could break if too much pressure on them .

Disappointed with one pair of earrings as they were much bigger than expected. Contacted their customer services and still waiting for a reply a week later despite sending 2 emails.

Appalling company. I received a faulty pair of earrings and have been emailing for 2 weeks. I have been ignored. I would never order with this company again, certainly not if you value quality products and good customer service. Terrible.
