Good impression

Hi, thank you for your feedback. While we can't see your full name here, the experience you described sounds familiar to a recent interaction.
To clarify around taking bank details, if we are unable to continue to fulfill a special request like an out of catchment booking where we needed to obtain an additional travel charge payment for, we then proactively request your bank details for the sole purpose of processing a manual BACS refund, as our secure payment system does not store that sensitive data.
We apologise if a high volume of messages were needed to help you coordinate and make a booking for a special request that you felt was not suitably replied to or supported and felt like the worst customer service, our goal is to be helpful with timely responses at all times.
