An absolute disgrace of a company. Product quality is embarrassing, delivery from China took weeks and returns need to be sent to USA at the customers cost!! There is no UK element to this company despite their marketing. Customer service is either a cheap BOT or someone who has no interested in helping. I expect this type of scam from shady crypto or fake designer goods but scamming parents and infants deserves a severe retribution.

Wish I’d read the reviews on here before placing my order. Had no idea it’d be coming from China. It’s been 10 days now and nothing received.

Absolutely disgrace of a Company.
Order placed on 2nd Aug 2025, emailed on 7th August where is it, email back full off false promises 11th Augustsent a tracking link that didn't work just referred back to them, started a claim through PayPal who gave them until the 23rd aug to respond, 13th August I sent an email canceling the order and requesting full refund, email ignored, 10 days later, paypals 23rd Aug deadline get another tracking link via PayPal from the company, so I've had to email PayPal again to tell them I told this company to cancel and refund the order on 13th Aug 2025.

This Company needs to be reported to the powers that be and closing down, they are fleecing honest people left right and centre and nothing is being done about it. They have no phone number email only, emails come back full of false promises. Steer clear of them

Cheap nasty products and refuse to refund for sending the wrong items. Update appeal to paypal they refunded me against this dodgy seller

If I could give zero I could....The Product I received was a disgrace & I have put in the bin which is where it is fit for!

Dreadful customer service and liars. Do not buy from this company. They clearly lied on their website, they stated a tracker I purchased was gps enabled. When it arrived it is Bluetooth and not gps enabled. They have admitted their description on the website is misleading. However they refuse to let me return the item and get a refund as they say it is not broken. This is ridiculous. It was false advertising which they have admitted. Not only would I not recommend purchasing from them I am also going to report them to the advertising standards authority. I would definitely NOT recommend dealing with this company and wish I had checked trust pilot first as the 1 star review is completely accurate.

They refused to give me a refund even though I had not even opened the packaging. So I complained via PayPal and got an immediate refund. I would recommend everyone does this.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY what is advertised and what you receive are entirely different things.... and in their words, should you need to return something "We’d also like to inform you that returning a product to our warehouses can be quite costly. For individual shipments, the cost typically starts at around £30 and can go higher. There are cheaper alternatives, but they come with higher risks, such as delays, damage, or loss during transit.'

Not worth 1 star. Misleading website very poor quality item. Nothing like as described. Total scam company. Advise not to buy from here.

I wish I could give them negative reviews, the product is not made of good quality and when I tried to return it, customer care say we cannot refund the money.

I have also been scammed by this company. They need a rebrand to reflect what they are “Little Nightmares” would be more fitting!

I ordered a portable car seat for my toddler for our NYC trip, took over 2 weeks to deliver when it said it will ship within 48 hours! I cancelled when I realised it wasn’t even processed and they wont let me. This is a scam company! It’s not even shipping from the UK! I asked to return the item and customer Service made me send them pictures of how the item look like. I sent it to them and then they said well if the item has arrived, you cannot return it anymore! What was the point of asking me to send the pictures in the first place? Honestly I don’t even know how to trust this company’s products considering how faulty they are!! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Little Dreams refused to process my lawful cancellation request even though I contacted them before the order was shipped. The only way to cancel is via their customer service, and they intentionally delayed the process. This made me feel gaslighted and scammed — as if the system is set up to keep your money at all costs. They now hide behind a “no returns on sale items” policy, which is not how UK law works. I’m reporting them to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards.

Ordered a car seat harness, didn't know it was coming from China wouldn't dream of using it not safe. Would cost me more to send it back than I paid for it a complete scam do not use.

I was scammed by this company too, receiving a cheap knock off product. I complained to paypal and put a claim in against them, and I won! If you are also affected, I’d really recommend putting a claim in if you can.

Their advice is ‘don’t put a paypal claim in, it’ll be better if we sort it out directly’ - ignore them, they’re just trying to stop their account being closed down. Absolutely continue with the claim. The more claims against them the better!

Made the error of not checking reviews prior. Not a uk company at all. Been fobbed off about my order which I've never recieved promised tracking links with 48 hours and nothing. I'm taking it I won't recieve my order and a loss of money here lesson learned!!

They present themselves as a UK company with a .co.uk website but they ship from elsewhere. I contacted them to say that I was worries the order I had purchased wouldn’t be delivered in time and they said that if it’s not, they would rectify it. Obviously it wasn’t delivered in time so I made contact to ask about a return, they told me that because I had ‘changed my mind’ they wouldn’t accept a return. When I challenged this, I heard nothing back. Do not under any circumstance buy from this company!!

This company really need looking into , send me a completely different product then advertised , then told me no refunds or returns , consumer rights , trading standards need to look into these

Can’t comment on the shopping experience but they sell an illegal and extremely dangerous car “harness” - effectively a fabric car seat proven to break at low speed.
