We started out as an online only ecommerce business in July of 2010, and on April 1st 2015 we took the leap and established a brick & mortar store. Prior to starting LI Toy & Game, William Stewart had worked in the IT industry for over 15 years. After the dotcom crash, he found it increasingly harder to maintain an upward career path in that field. Tired of being laid-off every 2-3 years, he decided to put his "retirement plan" into action early, and opened an online store related to his hobbies and interests.

Needs better packaging
Fast shipping however they shipped my board game in a padded envelope rather than a box and it arrived with the game box slightly caved in.

Hello Thomas, thanks for the positive review. When you choose the free shipping option, we need to keep the weight down. In the envelope, it was a 3lb shipping rate, but when boxed it would ship at the 4lb price. From NY to CO that is nearly $10 more in shipping fees for us. There was an option available to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail for an additional charge. We shipped it out and upgraded you to Priority Mail for FREE anyway, but had you paid for upgraded shipping we would have been able to put it in a box.
