5 star service, carefully packed and with a personalised card. This company has attention to details and a really interesting range of unusual, useful and inspiring gifts for that special person or as a treat to yourself. I bought an Alder Hatchet for my partner! He loved it! It's well made, was as sharp as a razor and will be used often, its perfect for chopping logs for the woodburner.

Great products delivered quickly, can’t fault it.

Super quick, packaged great! No issue at all.

Great products and website coupled with superb service 👍👍👍👍👍

I have been so impressed with this company. I ordered an item for Christmas but I got the delivery day wrong. I contacted the team as soon as I realised but it was so close to Christmas I didn’t hold much hope I would hear back in time. I was so relieved as I received a reply straight away and they resolved the issue immediately. My gift arrived in time for Christmas Day which was fantastic!
The team were working around the clock to make sure everyone got their gifts in time and the communication was brilliant. The item I ordered was great quality and came with a personalised card. It’s so refreshing to get this level of customer service. I will use this business again for future gifts and I’m recommending to friends and family. I can’t fault them and hope they go from strength to strength!

Quality of products was brilliant, packing of the order spot on. Customer Service was also great, I had to drop them a message with some difficulty on my end being in to sign for the delivery & they managed help me arrange to collect from depot (my preferred option at the time).

Spot on will definitely be purchasing from again in the future!

Great Site for the those hard, near impossible Men in your life to buy for!!

Beautifully wrapped and lovely personal thank you card.

Amazing gift buying experience! Helped me to find the perfect gift for a family member when I was stuck, which was something I wouldn’t have thought of or found myself, +++ the added bonus of it being an eco-friendly company that donates 20% of all profits to a rewilding project. 10/10!

I bought a book for my grandson as he’s a downhill biker- I haven’t opened it as it’s well wrapped, but what I can say it arrived promptly in perfect condition ( in thick cardboard ) and the front cover looks really exciting

Awesome website. Easy to use. Speedy delivery. Great product. Can’t ask for much more.

Great customer service from start to finish. Beautiful product.

Bought a Toyo toolbox as a gift - it arrived quickly, well wrapped and with a lovely note inside with my name on it... I really appreciate these nice touches, as it makes the experience feel more personal. I'll definitely be back again shopping at this store. Also to add that it's quite refreshing to have a retailer like this who isn't stocking EVERYTHING under the sun, the assortment is well considered and well presented. 10/10
