Jeg bestilte ved en fejl str. 41. Dem returnerede jeg, og bestilte str. 39. Jeg fik en kreditnota på tøflerne samt en kreditnota på Returfragten.

Jeg bestilte str. 39, jeg modtog str. 38/39, de var for SMÅ. Lisen skrev om jeg var tilfreds med købet, jeg meldte tilbage, de var for små. Jeg modtog straks en kreditnota på køb nr. 2, samt en GRATIS QR-kode til returlabel.
Det er en MEGET FLOT service Lisen har givet mig, jeg håber, de har en str. 39, som min svigerdatter har købt for noget tid siden. LISEN kan kun anbefales. Hilsen Maj-Britt

Rubbish company selling rubbish glasses. Have asked for money back but they tried to sell me something else. What a joke. So as I paid through Paypal I have given them until 8am tomorrow to refund or I serve a dispute through Paypal. Let's see if it will work.

absolutely useless glasses,you can get better in poundland shops,and 6/7 pounds for post,what a con,dont buy

Bought the near far glasses and they are useless . . . .
Thought they would be coming from America as the payment method was in US Dollars . . . . I didn't find out they were coming from china until tracking information arrived . . . .
A complete con and A waste of money and time. . . . It's not the first time china has conned me . . . .
beginning to think all Chinese sellers are dishonest . . . .
Not able to read anything with the glasses and they give eye strain when you try . . . .
Sending curses to china for the seller . . . . for stealing from the people who cannot see properly you deserve to go blind 4 4 4 4 . . . .

I ordered a pair of glasses that were advertised as suitable for near and distance vision. They were a strong magnification (+4) and the distance vision was just a blur. I requested a full refund as they were not as described and Lisen said they were willing to replace the glasses if I were to send another £20 for shipping!!! This company is cheating people out of their money so please do not use them.

like the other reviewer i purchased the same glasses that were advertised as being able to be worn to see near and far but this is a scam and they are just poor quality $2 shop glasses, probably worse than that actually with the arms braking on two pairs within a week, avoid like the plague, biggest dud purchase I have ever made

Ordered spectacles that were supposed to enable you to see near and far - they do not. Also they do not tell you that they are a foreign company and so have to pay an additional fee for currency exchange. This is a cheating company, who should not be allowed to advertise on the Internet.

Did not realise the bras costing £37.32 were from China. They took 3 weeks to arrive and were not the size the label says at all. So complete NO FIT. Sent back as tracked mail costing a further £20.35. Tracked it arriving after one week in Shanghai, then 10 weeks sitting in customs with different messages coming out of the system, then tracking said parcel being returned to sender. A further 6 weeks and the same parcel is returned to me..... All this time many e mails with Lisen.shop come up with various ridiculous statements. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY unless you want stress, items that do not fit and a big loss of money and time.

I purchased 3 bras from Lisen.shop but I shall not buy from them again and recommend avoiding this company.

Why: a) delivery is from China so not quick b) bra sizing shown on website wasn’t accurate c) returns mean shipping, tracked, to China which is slow and may be at your expense and d) despite following Lisen.shop instructions to the letter and my return arriving in Shenzhen I then went around in circles with emails for weeks and failed to secure refund. I was fortunate, I had my “evidence” and made a claim via PayPal who found in my favour and secured my refund. Lisen.shop returns service is not the claimed “hassle free” experience.

I ordered 2 bras which when they were delivered were far too small. I emailed Lisen to explain and then received an email saying if I paid more money they would send me a larger size and i could keep the bras that were too small. Why would I keep bras that do not fit!!! I declined their offer and asked for my refund but kept receiving the same offer from them. In July I was given an address in China to send the bras to. I posted the packet costing £11 .35 and received a proof of posting but sadly did not track it. Again I received countless emails from them asking me why I wanted to return the bras. I asked repeatedly for my refund but since telling them I was going to get legal advice I have not heard back from them. I will not be seeing my £43 again so with the return postage it has cost me £54 which as a pensioner I can ill afford to lose. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

The items were OK, probably quite comfortable, but at least two sizes too small, so couldnt even try them on. I followed their own size guide when ordering, and expected they'd be reasonably accurate. Forty pounds of my money I won't see again. If I'd known they came from China, I wouldn't have bought them, as returning overseas would obviously be a risk. So stuck with two bras I can't wear,

Lisen shop is a complete scam. Their products are unwearable and very poor quality and very odd shape and poor fit. The return policy requires you to return by tracked post to China when they are sent from UK. A total scam and con. Do not buy under any circumstances. They will never refund your money. Total nightmare.

I believed this to be a European company and could not find any reviews of the website when I ordered so I took a chance on Women's Comfy Orthopedic Sneakers at $39.97 (£29.71). I was an idiot. They are Chinese knock offs, neither comfortable or orthopaedic and can be bought for £12.99 on Amazon. I haven't even attempted to return as it took over 2 weeks to arrive. They are fine as casual shoes but I would not have paid nearly £30 for them had I examined them first.

Like another reviewer i too purchased the "seniors" bras and paid over £43. I ordered the 52" and trust me these are nowhere near. I measured them and they are 36"(seems thats all they make). Took me several e:mails to even get the address to return them, they even offered me 30% refund and i could keep the bras which are of no use to me.If i could have given minus star I would have. WARNING to all - DO NOT TOUCH THIS SITE - it seems there is more than one site called Lisen MY APOLOGIES TO LISENDK - the site i used was in China and I stand by my review for them

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered the senior bras in size XL and they would only fit someone half this size. Then they wanted to only offer me 20% when I wanted to return them. I will send them back on Economy post which takes ages but at least its only half the cost of airmail then keep pestering them for a refund.
