Horrible customer service and shipping
I placed my order back in the beginning of December 2024, didn't get my order til middle of January. Customer service was terrible, sent numerous requests before someone finally decided to respond. They kept promising me it would ship soon. But i had to keep following up to get any updates.

I had an issue with shipping, Heather called me and made it right even though it was my fault. Lol. I online order because the product i buy is unavailable in stores. I only buy from companies who answer the phone number so as long as Liquorama continues that part of customer service i will continue to shop with them. Thank you Heather

I liked the packaging. Great way to keep those bottles safe!
After I placed the order, I called twice and emailed to modify the order. There was no attempt to communicate or respond to my request. I was only left with the option to pay for a whole new shipping order for one additional bottle. Not great communication.

I ordered a rabbit edition for Johny Walker Blue but I got regular Blue which was fraudulent. You cannot advertise faulty information to encourage your customers to purchase. I will tell my clients to stop ordering there and I will not order anything from there.
