Sarhan Harhara is a superb engineer, his expertise and customer service during the installation of our Schaerer machine was second to none, nothing was too much trouble. With such excellent knowledge of the equipment and products, Sarhan is a huge credit to Liquidline, thank you!

Best training I’ve ever had. I have had coffee training in the past but the training we received recently was on another level. David explained everything in such a way that it made sense to everyone and was very patient while keeping it fun and interesting for everyone. I went into this training thinking it was just another like I’ve had before but I couldn’t have been more wrong and pleasantly surprised by the passion, knowledge and understanding throughout the entire training. A true credit to your company.

Quick response even over the bank holiday weekend the engineer was pleasant Tyler and he fixed the machine and also checked the temp on the other machine and adjusted it for me, and he left the area where he was working immaculate and clean.

We don't have that many issues with the machine, but when we do Liquidline respond quickly and efficiently. Normally it can be fixed with remote assistance, but if not they are there in a jiffy
