Lack of faith in this site
My order was accepted and money transferred from my account when the shoes were not in stock or subsequently available. Even though my money was returned I was left short of funds to allow me purchase elsewhere which deprived me the opportunity to get a bargain in a timely fashion.

Dear Anne,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we sincerely appreciate your feedback.
We want to extend our apologies for any inconvenience caused by the stock discrepancy that led to the refund of your order. During peak periods, like sale events or high in-store traffic, our stock system diligently works to update inventory both online and in-store. Unfortunately, in your case, it seems that the stock levels did not synchronize in time, resulting in the need for a refund.
We understand the frustration this may have caused, and we want to assure you that our team promptly addressed the issue to process your refund within 24 hours. We acknowledge that our system's delay of up to 1 hour in updating stock levels on the website is not ideal, and we are actively working on improvements to minimize such occurrences in the future.
Your experience is important to us, and we value your understanding. We hope you consider giving Lipstick another chance, either online or in-store. We are committed to enhancing our services to provide you with a smoother and more enjoyable shopping experience.
Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to serving you better in the future.
Best regards,
The Lipstick Web Team
Fast service and no messing.

Bought a jacket in the sales
Bought a jacket in the sales. Decided two days later that it did not suit me. There is no refund just exchange for sales items within four days which seems too strict and not consumer friendly.

Hi Suzanne, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your purchase and apologize for any inconvenience. Our return policy for sale items, including the exchange-only option, is displayed in-store to ensure transparency. We value your feedback, and have reached out to the stores in question to confirm that this policy is clearly visible at all registers . I have passed on your feedback to management to review, based on your customer feedback .

Ordered boots online
Ordered boots online . When i recieved them they had mistakenly sent two odd sizes but when i contacted them they were so nice and organised a courier to leave the right size and pick up the wrong one. So i recieved what i needed the next day. Brilliant customer service . Would definitely shop with lipstick again
