When I enquired after a few days after ordering when should my jacket be dispatched I quickly received an email from Geoff. He gave me a date and also gave me 20% discount due to a sale that had started the day after I ordered. I really appreciated his quick response and kind gesture of the the discount. I was happy with my jacket and the delivery updates. Thank you Geoff.

Fast & efficient delivery & great value for money. Good customer service & prompt reply.
Looking forward to my next purchase with lipstick.

Good communication and very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Thanks 😊

Really helpful and friendly. Never had an issue dealing with lipstick for years!

I ordered an item on a Monday and it didn’t arrive for a full week. It wasn’t dispatched for days after the order was placed.

I ordered it for an event that took place on the Saturday so obviously it didn’t arrive on time so I sent it back.

The return postage cost was €7 which I felt was extremely expensive for a very small package. I am very disappointed overall with Lipstick and won’t be ordering from this company again.

Very fast and effective service, contacted me to say shoe size I requested not in stock and offered alternative size which was suitable.

Ordered online several times with no issues and quick delivery.

Happy with my purchase, fast delivery

Bought a pair of shoes on line 4/2/26. Received a package a few days later with wrong contents. Same was collected by lipstick courier and returned and 3 weeks later I am still awaiting resolution to same. Have not received the delivery of shoes or refund. Very unsatisfactory service.

Bought another luxury scarf, think I must nearly have them all. The Lipstick girls looked after me, like they always do. Love being able to support this great family run Irish business. Scarf is beautiful quality, so soft and designer inspired. Gorgeous.

Great selection of clothes.

Posted/delivered quickly.

Quick delivery. However I would like to see a short description of the garment before ordering for example the material…cotton, polyester etc.

Returned item that did not suite me and got refunded quite quickly

Geoff from your fashion city shop was very friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn't pick up my order as i was so busy in work so he dropped my order to your store beside where I work in Crumlin

Clear website easy to purchase. Items pictured exactly as received. Took longer for my order to arrive than I had imagined, but all in order. No return required.

Website excellent
