Great quality - and speedy delivery

Always been reliable, 5 years now.

The order arrived in the U.S. on December 6 and entered customs on December 8. It is now March — three months later — with no movement or updates. We have contacted Lion Rock Toyz multiple times via email, but they have stated they cannot issue a refund because the item is not considered “lost.” After this amount of time with no tracking updates, I would strongly disagree.
We also contacted customs directly, and they have no record or tracking information for this package. USPS never received the item, even though a shipping label was created by a third party.
Based on this experience and the lack of customer service support, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Their pre-order instructions were clear and their invoices were sent when the item arrived in their warehouse. Once my invoice was paid, the item was shipped and arrived to USA in 14 days. This was my second purchase from Lionrock. They are on my list of trusted sellers. Will be back soon.

The figure I put a deposit on took so long actually get produced that I almost had forgotten about it... but …ionRockToyz didn't forget. I appreciate the service and the fact that they followed through after so long. And the figure was worth the wait. I would have missed it without their help. Thank you!

Late, late . . . two delivery attempts with no idea if it was going to be delivered. Requested a refund. Nearly 4 days later it arrived. Cancelled refund.

Finally received my figure after about three years wait, which was no fault of Lionrocktoyz. Received it in just over a week in great condition. Thanks!

Absolutely a fantastic company to deal with. Have never had an issue. And will continue to buy from them. Their communication is on par with some of the bigger major companies and their service is second to none. Very happy to have come across this company.

Smooth transaction and fast shipping. Product arrived as described. Will be buying more!

Actually got my collector item at a good price. Had great coverage and packaged that prevented a puncture mark on the cardboard box. The only downside is the tracking was terrible to monitor its location as it was traveling.

Ordered the vampire hunter toy and it took a long time to come in but Lionrocktoyz delivered. Good honest business from them!

Fast Shipping, Item was exactly as described. Came in well packaged, wrapped in bubble wrap so it wouldn't get damaged. Would defiantly buy from again.

They are just a great company. Easy to use and usually have pretty good prices.
