We have had the worst experience with FedEx delivering the couch. We were told we had to be home for the deliver and were notified four times it was being delivered and then “sorry we missed you” yet they never attempted to deliver. We tried to get ahold of someone at Linsy’s with no luck. It has been a pretty frustrating experience.

Everything was shipped quickly, it was incredibly easy to put together, and it looks beautiful. I have no idea how durable it will be, but for now it is perfect.

Good sofa at a reasonable price.

Contacted to request assistance with adjusting drawers. Received prompt reply with detailed information. Was able to quickly resolve the issue.

I ordered free swatches. Response was prompt and I received them within 5 days.

Very happy with the fast service, awesome product, and great price for the couch. Easy to remove our dogs hair which was important. Super comfortable and easy to setup.

Delivery was more than prompt. Product is great, especially for the price. Assembly was so simple with instructions included. Only issue was arm sections were not described as left/right so we initially didn’t pay close enough attention to offset of brackets and installed incorrectly. But at closer inspection noticed offset, reversed arms and wal-la, issue resolved. 🤭

Weirdly fast shipping considering the weight and quantity ordered. Packaged wonderfully, so easy to put it all together. The couch is comfortable and everything is exactly as we hoped. Usually there's at least one thing you can complain about but we can't think of any.

I just got the Rubik III couch from Linsy Home, and I’m seriously impressed! First off, it has so much storage — I didn’t even realize how much stuff I’d be able to stash away until I started filling it up. Perfect for keeping blankets and random stuff out of sight.

It was also really easy to put together, which was a relief. Took way less time than I expected, and I did it mostly on my own. And the fact that all the covers are washable? Total win. It’s just so practical, especially if you have pets or kids.

Overall, super happy with this couch. It looks great, it’s super comfy, and it’s functional. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for something that’s stylish but also really usable for everyday life. Five stars!

I still don't have the rest of the hardware that would allow me to attach the arms and back.

Great communication, great product. I highly recommend Linsy Home, we love our couch and the flexibility of being able to wash and change the covers, rearrange the configuration of the couch. With four dogs and kid, holds up well! Linsy Home customer service is top notch, with speedy responses and helpful information!

We love it so far! Shipping was pretty quick and setup was easy! I will see say the only inconvenience that I ran into was one of the moisture absorbing bead packs broke in one of the arms and I had to figure out how to vacuum it out but it was not a big deal at all and was a unavoidable accident.

We purchased three sectionals and all 18 boxes included all parts, no damaged products with very quick delivery. Our expectations have been exceeded. Budget friendly way to get the job done!

This company has horrible customer support. It’s all via email and takes days for a response. They also have up to a 40% restocking fee so that “money back guarantee” comes at a high price. The couches themselves we just ok with several imperfections. I would not use this vendor again.

Edit 2: Took a while for the corner parts to come back in stock apparently they are popular. once they were back form vacation Customer service was very responsive ands worked hard to make me whole. They even went through and updated the dimensions on the site so this does not happen again.

I ordered the RUBIK III 4 Seats with Corner based on the product dimensions of 88.8 inches a side to fit a specific and tight space in my house and it turns out the advertised product size is wrong by 3.6 inches. Turns out the couch arms are double the width of a back piece and that the product dimensions did not account for the back piece or the real size of the corner. (Arm + 3 Seats = 88.8 < Arm + 2 Seats + Corner = 92.4)

I tried calling and emailing customer service but the number goes strait to a full voicemail box and the emails were never replied to. The chat bot cannot connect to a human to resolve anything and instead opens an email ticket, again no response.

Overall I am happy with the over all product and the modularity and would still like to get the pieces to fix my issues and but as the title reads: their customer service does not exist.

Love the couch! Perfect if you’re looking for one that’s a little stiff, but modular. Only downside is that the cushions don’t Velcro on so they move around and come off easily. Upside you can change the couch anyway you want, buy extra pieces later if needed etc. shipping is super fast! Like two days!!! other than the cushions moving I’d highly recommend!

Everything was shipped sooner than we expected. Easy to put together. Good quality. Happy with our purchase.

All boxes arrived together and assembly was straightforward.
