Disappointing & poor service
I placed an order which was going to a hospital ward to say thank you after they treated me for sepsis. Before I paid i asked on the chat if there is somewhere to leave a note that its from me. The chat said there was at checkout. I paid & no option appeared & I couldn’t change the order. I emailed customer services twice to check or cancel - but was just told its too late. Really poor service & i felt let down after spending over £100!

I have had a mixed experience recently. Initially I was disappointed when a gift tin of pick and pick I ordered online arrived damaged. However, I was given a full refund and sincere apology. The tin was intended as a wedding anniversary gift so I then went to a Lindt shop at my local designer outlet on a quest to replace it. On hearing my tale of woe the staff went "above and beyond" to hunt the stock room for a replacement, with success I'm thrilled to say. And the chocolates taste as scrumptious as always. Thanks Lindt
