Friendly engineer. Unfortunately washing machine beyond repair.
ABC asked for feedback, I was satisfied, the engineer did all he could.
Today I got an invoice for £4.68 parking meter charges. They cleverly waited for my positive feedback to send me the additional invoice. It's only £4.68, it's just the way they waited to get my feedback before they sent it without any prior mention of parking charges
