Right from the start the people at Linay and Shipp gave me good advice and their professional approach put me at ease. Luke managed to squeeze me in for a last minute viewing the same day I enquired about it, he showed me around and also arranged a second viewing for the same day so my partner could return after his work call. We managed to get our offer accepted within 24 hours! Luke you’ve been wonderful - thank you for pulling out all the stops.

They have always been on the other end of the phone to help us and made this such a stress free experience for us. The way they work at Linay and Shipp is they are all working as a team, helping each other out and doing what’s best for their customers and providing excellent customer service! Sadly not something we can say about our experience with other Estate Agents to date.

I felt confident from the outset when dealing with Linay and Shipp. Debbie Bowen did the initial valuation and immediately inspired confidence with a realistic evaluation of the property. The Covid pandemic and first 2020 lockdown delayed the process of marketing the property, but when we were able to go to market the team did a fine job in managing a large number of viewings on my behalf and steering the process to a successful sale. We purchased our home through Linay & Shipp. It was a challenging process from start to finish due to some complexities and a bit of a slow start in some parts of the chain. Without the support of Helen at Linay & Shipp we honestly do not believe we'd be in our new home. Helen went over and above everyday (even contacting us on days off!) to ensure we knew what we should be doing and when, as well as chasing/nagging at the entire chain when the threat of the chain collapsing happened multiple times (no fault of Linay & Shipp). Helen kindly listened to us moan, empathised when we were anxious/grumpy due to issues at the bottom of the chain and took the time to get to know us. Things went much smoother when Linay & Shipp (Helen) got involved. We'd highly recommend the company, and when the time comes for us to sell in the future, they would be the only call we'd make.
