Amazing customer service, ordered 23rd Dec, arrived 24th Dec. Delivery drivers were professional and careful with the installation.
The fridge is as described ,beautiful colour and great value.

I am very happy with both my oven and my induction cooktop. They are both quality products for an excellent price. What I am most impressed with is the customer service! I had an issue with the self cleaning function (my fault ) and when I contacted Linarie, Betty was very helpful. I highly recommend

I have been very happy with my new Linarie oven so far. The process of the buttons/dials takes a bit of getting used to, as there is a specific way to start the oven with oven mode/ temperature/ timer, but easy to use once you get the hang of it. I like that the oven turns off when the timer ends so you don't have to worry about forgetting you have something in there! The digital temperature is also very helpful.

I haven't used the pyrolytic function yet but am very much looking forward to that feature!

Delivery was on the due date & updates were regularly given as to the exact time.

Excellent customer service, the delivery drivers were friendly and efficient even managing to get the fridge up two flights of stairs. The colour is amazing too I'm very happy with my purchase!

Very accommodating retailer and the appliance has worked great.

The elements are really small and don’t heat up your entire pan rendering most of the cooking space on your pan useless. The larger elements are at the back and they are the ones you need to use most would be better positioned at front.

But none of this compensates for a stove top you can’t cook on.

The product itself may well be OK, but the documentation is garbage and has really let the experience down.

Firstly, the fridge is wrapped in a clear cellophane-like material. It's really not clear if that is supposed to be removed or left on. There's no instructions to clarify. I decided it's probably meant to come off. But then you simply can't take it all off without unscrewing the top panel of the fridge, which seems weird, but I eventually did it. I'm still not sure if I was meant to take it off or not.

Secondly, the user manual is absolutely useless. It just repeats the same unhelpful points like "check that the mains voltage is the same as in your country", and crap like that, instead of actually telling you how to unpack and set up the fridge.

Thirdly, the energy efficiency stars on the side shows 0 stars. So either this is one of the least energy efficient products ever made, or it's just not rated for some reason. Either way, it's not impressive.

As far as I can tell, the fridge is staying cold, and it looks pretty cool, so I'm with that. But I've no idea how much energy I'm using, or whether I took off a layer of insulation I was meant to leave on when I unboxed it.

OMG this fridge is amazing, so beautiful, and functional. I use it as a 2nd fridge in my kitchen for my home baking business and its just amazing and i love it, and for the price its just brilliant! would highly recommend. The fridge is a great size and love that the freezer is at the top and also glass shelving makes it so easy to clean and keep clean.

Oven looks great now installed and works well. Only decent 50cm oven I could find anywhere. Only downside was delivery only had 1 guy and no lift on the truck - my wife was the only one home and had to help carry the oven off the truck and up stairs into the house.

Product was the perfect size and delivered quickly.

The service, delivery and product have exceeded my expectations. My daughter really wanted a pink fridge and after reading some reviews and researching, we decided on the retro top mount. The process has been seamless and she adores her new pink fridge. Highly recommended.

Easy payment options, customer service is quick and prompt.

My cook top arrived quickly which was great.

There was some difficulty getting suitable low profile ducting for it, as the ducting kit that can be purchased for the cook top does not fit when running ducting down under the cabinetry.

Cooktop arrived in 3 days after ordering. I am very happy with it. Easy to use and cooks great. Very good value for the price. I can definitely recommend it.
