Even asking for help from teenagers, who are tech savvy, they had no idea how to change the various functions to accurately just give the correct time!
I shall be returning the watch.

Availability and price helped greatly with this purchase! A like for like replacement but don’t ask why. Ok then. I broke the watch trying to replace the battery - too much effort needed to slip the battery in the holder and overshot the mark. Whoops! Be warned.
