Limelight we thank you!!! After working with another company for serval years with a different studio, I took a risk trying something new and ordered my company jackets through Limelight and could NOT be MORE PLEASED! While getting our design just right took longer than expected which pushed our production date super close to when we needed our jackets for the season, Limelight's customer service was top rate! They took the time to make sure our tricky colors were a perfect match and even sent us swatches so we could ensure they were correct. Though that put them behind and we gave them an almost impossible date that we needed them by, they made it work. Even though they didn't ship out on our exact requested ship date, Nicole contacted us regularly via phone (which is outstanding) to update us on our order. Our jackets came in just in time for our first convention and our kids reactions were PRICELESS. After much distress and terrible customer service with the company I have used for several years we are looking forward to working with Limelight again for all our other team gear needs!
