Brilliant. It was simple - and I'm very pleased with the result.

Excellent service from day 1. No 'hard' sell. All admin' conducted swiftly. Scaffolding erected as planed. Installation completed very quickly. Electrician and Roofers very efficient and helpful with my questions.
Subsequent technical questions answered quickly and supportively.
Everyone involved has been very professional and friendly.
Highly recommended!!

A seamless transition through the whole process. Kevin gave a great presentation to introduce the system and benefits and was not pushy on the sales pitch at all, just good information on which to base a decision. Shelley was fantastic in customer service from booking in to post installation. Scaffolders and installation teams were efficient and completed clean and tidy work and were polite and professional throughout. Overall I am fully satisfied with how my solar install was completed and handled.

From the initial sales visit from Stephan Kane to the installation of the solar panels and battery, everything went very smoothly.
The installation guys and electricians were very professional and did a great job.
They tidied up when they were finished and Sean talked me through the app and how to use it and what the various bits of kit were.

From the start, when Jonathan came to take us through the whole process of installing the solar panels and what to expect during the installation and after the panels were fitted.
Then to Shelley in the office arranging the installation date and time.
Then when the fitting team arrived and checked where everything was going and how the cables would be routed in, then as the job progressed to setting up the app and what we could see. Then finally checking that we were happy with the job prior to finishing up and leaving the place tidy.
It's been a pleasure to have Lime do our installation, 10/10 all round 👍

The service both on the phone and in person was well above alot of other companies. Had contact with the call centre to book appointment for the surveyor. Then asking if everything had been explained about the fitting of the solar panel system. Booking of the fitting team was within was just 2 weeks from the survey. Day after the fitting call to check that everything was as expected and the property gad been left clean and tidy and all rubbish removed by the team. The fitting team arrived at time stated and worked through until the work was completed. I would definitely recommend Lime to all for their customer and personal service

From the initial contact to installation, Lime were very easy to deal with and happy to answer all our questions. They have guided us through the process of registration so that we can sell back to the grid. One of the reasons we chose them was that they are an established company who include insurance from a third party in the cost.
It was a one-day job with very friendly and efficient installers.

From consultation to installation, Lime were excellent. Communication was key, everything explained verbally and by email. The installation crew were quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The app is very handy and the panels look great on the roof

Lime as a company seem to be in their infancy but willing to do what it takes to resolve any issues you have. We did get off to a shaky start, when they tried to install scaffolding in the Highlands at the start of January with 18'' snow. Then plans for the roof installation were changed, which did not suit our circumstances, but eventually ground mounted units were suggested which are what we now have installed. The installation crew and Shelly, in customer relations are the main reasons we kept going with Lime. It is all very new to us and time will tell if it all will be the correct decision, but the back up appears to be there to help if we need it.

PV panels, inverter, battery and associated hardware installed where agreed and to a high standard.
Installers pleasant, competent and explained the app and system very well.
Quality product and very happy with result.

Lime staff were polite and knowlegible. The personnel we spoke to had a good and knowlegible staff. Appointment times were clear.

We were given clear knowledge of the system installed and when we may not have fully understood some aspects of the plan, staff were immediately able to further educate and reassure us.

I can't fault the installers at all they done an excellent job tidied up after themselves and the guy told me how everything works they even come back the next day to replace a tile that they had cracked

From the initial survey by Callum to installation led by Sean, it has been a pleasure dealing with this company. We were well informed about the process and the installation went without a hitch. The team were very respectful of our property and kept any disruption to a minimum. We were fully taken through the operational side of things and had excellent customer service from Shelley. I would highly recommend Lime and are very pleased to have had them install our solar panels and battery storage system.

Very friendly and explaining everything clearly such a lot to understand but always on the end of a telephone to help with any queries you may have. Satisfactory installation and very tidy workmen

We had 13 solar panels installed precisely as planned. The whole process from contacting the company, meeting the sales representative to installation was seamless. However, 4 of the panels were cracked or scratched which caused great dismay for us. Once I had reported this problem to Martin in the installation team, he dealt with and resolved it within a week. He fully communicated with me and was very understanding and supportive.
