Needed some advice about a telephone bought last October. Quick and helpful response.

Easy payment for the item I ordered, good pricing and prompt delivery

I asked for a five gang telephone system. When I received it one phone would not work. I then bought a single phone and that does not work. I would like to return the two non functioning phones and receive two that do.

Starting in the small hours, my first contact was the Ligo bot - very well programmed and easy to gain information and comparisons. This was followed up by chat with people and then ordering. I was looking for camping equipment with specific needs for compact, light, warm and affordable. I obtained what I needed with great help from people and bot and prices were very good.
Delivery was very prompt and we are, so far, very pleased with our purchases. Not been camping yet, though.
