I have had my solar system since 2022.
Have had some truly shocking experiences with this company . Including having to find out myself that Lightforce hadn't hooked up over half the house to the solar system. Unsurprisingly I was seeing very little difference in my power bill until I sorted that problem out myself
I read another review where they also had part of the house unconnected!
Since then I ve been, like a lot of customers, annoyed by the poor performance of the app monitoring the Home power Energizer. Was out of operation for months last year. Off for weeks this year. Zero communication from Lightforce to tell us what's going on. It's all up to us to call them out. I was lucky enough to get a reply but have read lots of comments where no reply ever came from Lightforce. Not good enough.
