Service was excellent but time to schedule the work was long took about 3 weeks.

our fork truck is a vast improvement over our old machine everything is ergonomic and easy to operate and runs very well. If I were to be critical
the efficiency of the liquid propane model could be better only get about 14 hours per 40 pound tank and one quirk the horn is extremely sensitive.

Actually if I could by a Toyota lift truck from anyone else I would. it makes me cringe that we are spending another $40 000 with this company.
The service rep went behind my bac to the warehouse manager and to the owner to have a service contract signed, that was denied buy our owner in the first place.
The general manager of the Barrie location called me a liar to my face about an issue with our machine being abuse by our employees. After reviewing 8 hours of video footage we determined that the lift tow Mechanic was indeed the one providing the falsehoods. the general manager never furnished us with an apology and quoted us $1600 for a fix that a local service company repaired for $300 and solved all the issues with the unit.
I lobbied hard to switch our fleet to Clark tow motors.

This was a flawless transaction. Items were ordered for installation, they came to our shop when promised, did what was ordered and gave a final receipt upon leaving. No issues and I would definitely use again.

I was sold a lemon then screwed around by service till the warranty expired. I'd recommend Liftow to anyone I absolutely hate.

When purchasing equipment and attachments, it is critical to have a sales and service team that knows your business and wants you to succeed. Liftow makes me feel like my small business is important. This speaks volumes.

Always prompt when I place a service call and quick to arrive. Forklift training is professional and thorough. Overall, always a job well done.

Tech ( Jimmy ) was very knowledgeable. Was able to make recommendations and necessary repairs to have forklifts back in service same day.

i purchased a fully reconditioned (checked out lift truck) with 6 month warranty.

the starter went out right after- it should have been replaced prior to selling to me.
Also 2 of the lift devise hoses were zip tied insteda of using proper fittings- when asked they said zip tie is better!!!!!
