We really love our grill. The size is great and we love that we can switch from Smoker to Propane. It makes sense for us because when we're done smoking and letting the meat sit, we can then use the grill for the items needed right when dinner is being finalized. We are disappointed that the app does not work with current Android/Samsung phones as this was not advertised. The app store says that they need to update their app so means we are unable to fully utilize the system capabilities but we can still use the system on the grill. Overall we are very satisfied.

The crew was fast and efficient. I was really happy that I had them set it up for me.. great job Lifetime Store!!

We purchased 2 model 60030 folding tables from Costco and really liked the tables, the tops and benches are made of plastic and expected them to wear out. So we tried to order 2 new bench seat replacements, they want $263.00 plus shipping!! Are you kidding we paid much less than that for the entire table!! Buy Rubber maid just as good and cost much less..

Solidly manufactured shed, fairly easy to put together (*when it says 2-3 people for 5-6hrs, that's no joke, this is not a one person job...), excellent quick shipping experience using Saia Freight (although buyers should think ahead knowing an 8x10 shed comes in two gigantic boxes weighing a considerable amount), reasonable price, very nice shed base kit. Made in the USA!

Our shed we bought at Sams club warped on one side.

it took a few days for customer service to get back by email but i was able to get replacement parts for some older outside playground equipment very promptly and for a super fair price.

Called needing parts was helped with the highest customer service I’ve had in quite a while. Wouldn’t it be nice if every company was like Lifetime

What made it great is help from friends and family in the assembly of the shed.

I still have not gotten my stand up boards which were ordered on August 1. My wife discussed with someone from the company about August 21 and they assured her we would have delivery within 5 to 7 days. 45 days after order we still do not have product and I have spent over $1000 for the two standup boards.. I got an email from your company regarding tracking the order and when you go to the tracking side, all it says is order received. Nobody has called to assist but you sure took my money.

We were so excited to order this swing set for our daughter's 2nd birthday. After (finally) receiving all of the pieces, we were pounding the pieces to try to get them to fit in with each other. They were so scratched, bent, and dented when they arrived it took a while to get the damaged pieces to work.

Once finally all together, we are loving it!

The wrong part was included in our grill - one of the lids was wrong - so I was delayed in assembling it. Called customer service to get the correct part - and they sent it off to me fairly quickly. Assembly instructions and parts needed were extremely easy to use. Just wish that lid was the correct one and I could have been grilling sooner. It took about 2 weeks for the lid to come. Love the Grill so far! Great job!

The product is as expected, sturdy, and well balanced. It took some time to set up but all the needed tools were provided with very clear step-by-step instructions. The children have been enjoying it every day!

The cooler is everything I hoped it would be, and the process was smooth without any problems. Very satisfied.

I orderedf from Lifetime the snow load bracing for my new 8x15 shed, which was purchased from Home Depot. The braces arrived ahead of the shed, which was great. I was able to construct the trusses with the additional cross brace loosely attached to truss rod, so I didn’t have to disassemble then reassemble any trusses. Once I had completed construction of the shed, I was able to move the cross brace up the truss rod and screw it into place. The side braces will surely aid with strengthening the structure under load. Glad I had a good driver, 300+ screws for the shed and another 150 for the braces.
Now I need to fill it up!!

This company is a joke. I won a basketball system during the March madness competition in 2022 and never received it. When I messaged someone about it I was told if I sent my address then I would get one sent. Still nothing. I’ve tried to contact anyone at lifetime with no response.
I have a lifetime basketball goal now and feel the product is well made. But would love to get the one I won for our neighborhood kids to play on.

great, i do have experience in writing and review the app and company's product because writing is a skills that i like the most and it inspire me a lot and that's why i do stick on writing story

Love your products! I have 5 tables, some high/low and had a folding trailer that I had to sell when I fell on hard times loosing my house etc. I keep trying to find a used one but no luck. I loved the flexibility to go to the dump or take home a chair. I continue to buy the Lifetime products.
