Received an order I did not order. Very expensive. Tried to return was then told over 30 days. So no. Product did nothing for me. Cancellation was easy as a plus but wasted money. Will advise all to avoid LS products. John Borling

This product was very ineffective and provided no boost to my libido as advertised. Totally a waste of money and time. What's worse is I deliberately requested a one time purchase and have now discovered they enrolled me in multi purchases without my consent or knowledge. It gets better....when you go to their website none of the contact links work and there isn't any way of reaching them to cancel. My only recourse is to cancel my credit card. These people are scammers.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They sent me glucose balance vitamins (or whatever is in there) which is not what I ordered.

I tried to find a receipt so that I could get them returned and there does not appear to be any communication from the company. I searched very carefully (even spam).

There was also no invoice with the product when it arrived. I tried to get a refund as I read an advertisement that said it was guaranteed to the last pill. Now I am told 60 days - even if I never ordered what was sent and it was unopened.

It concerns me that they appear so slippery in what they sell, what the guarantee is, what is one buying - memory improvement or sugar balance?

Beware! My 85 year old father's name and mailing address was stolen and used alongside my mother's credit card and billing address fraudently to make five purchases on the Life Support Labs website. I called and spoke to two customer service reps after my dad received two packages in the mail of product that he never ordered. The first rep had the audacity to tell me that I was lying and that my dad did indeed visit their website, make the purchases online, and provide his mailing address, credit card, and email address. He did nothing of the sort. He doesn't even know what CBD is, and wouldn't even know how to place an order online. Then she proceeded to read off a script about the benefits of CBD and give me a sales pitch, after I had just told her that they were fraudulent charges. Are you kidding me? Unreal! She interrupted me throughout the entire call, never told me what the charges were, nor did she give me an address to send the product back to. Moreover, she hung up on me while I was still talking. I called back and spoke to a second rep, explained the fraud, and she told me there were two orders placed online, but that he could only get a refund for one order, and that he'd have to pay a restocking fee because the product had been off their shelves for too long. What the heck?! I had to pry for more information and ask for the return address, which was different from the address that the product came from, and different from the return address on the website. I was finally able to retrieve the last four digits of the Visa that was used, and it turns out that it was one of my mother's credit cards, that my father's never used in his entire life. The fraud department at Visa told us that the credit card was used to make five purchases (not two) and that the total was upwards of $750! Are you kidding me?! Not only was this customer service experience infuriating, this is completely unnaceptable. I would advise everyone NOT to do business with this awful company.

Ive been taking 2 gummies a day for two bottles full and have zero difference, no change in anything, no energy difference, no “male” enhancement or improvement. No change period. Not worth it for me. The gummies tasted good though.
