Jacob @Lifestyle Sales and Lettings has highly commendable customer service. His responsiveness to any issues regarding the apartments is top-notch. I was impressed by how quickly he arranged for the toilet water tank leakage to be fixed without delay after receiving my email. I strongly recommend the Lifestyle Sales and Lettings team.

Our property has been managed by LifeStyle for almost 20 years.
Our recent tenant left the place in a poor state but wanted his deposit returned almost in full.
We had to go for arbitration but all the work was handled by LifeStyle. We had a lot of damages and the decision supported us awarding almost the limit of the deposit. This was due to the clear prep work done by the team led by Derek Hewlett. The arbitration judgement specifically stated where we were awarded the amounts and what had led to the decision.

Hello There my name is Abdul. I have recently purchased my first property. A flat in Bradley Stoke, Bristol. At the beginning I very anxious and had a lot of questions. I was not getting a proper response from the big wigs in the property sale and purchase business. It was then that I came across Life Style Property via an advert for the sale of a flat (the one I bought eventually). The first impression was excellent, it was a Saturday and I was in Bristol, I called their office (not expecting it to be open) to check if they can arrange a viewing. To my surprise, they arranged it within 15 minutes (really quick, that too on a Saturday). It was so quick that the price was negotiated and agreed on the very day.

The sale of that flat was handled by James Gingell and Cila. Very helpful and professional people. I must give specific thanks to James for helping me all through the journey. He not only solved many issues for me but also negotiated a great deal for me on the price of the property. Also secured some furniture and white goods for very very low prices.
