I ordered 4 air purifying units. In the normal course of using them, the fan blades just randomly break off without touching the running units. Contacting customer service via email resulted in generic replies about unit specifications and basic use

I ordered and paid £51 for a room heater which has so far not arrived 3 weeks and waiting

I can be honest. It could have killed me. I plugged it in and it blew my electrics! I do not want to risk plugging in the 2nd one.
Now i can't get any response. They provide an American phone number, I have spent enough, yet they have a UK base that the parcels are sent from. I will be raising a dispute with my bank too.

In tone with virtually all other reviews, a very bad experience of cr@p goods, zero communication and product review sites which (IMO) are “heavily doctored” positive comments. WISH I’D SPENT AN EXTRA FEW MINUTES DOING MY HOMEWORK BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS CROWD. Have asked my bank to raise a dispute case to retrieve my hard-earned £’s

Dreadful company. I cancelled my order when heard it was coming from the US but they still sent it. I plugged it in and nothing. No heat, no light . dead and useless.
they tried to tell me to send it back but I said no. Not paying money to send back to US when it doesn't work.
After I sent threatening emails they finally refunded me.

I instructed Vendor to cancel Alpha Heater order on 19 December 2022 because it refused to answer any questions about the product' suitability for use in UK and its electrical safety compliances.
Vendor sent product anyway and it does not perform as advertised so it is not fit for purpose. Vendor prevaricating over providing me with UK returns address and a full refund. Next step will be leagl action to recover costs with damages. All in all, a substandard product from a "tricky" Vendor

Ordered and said was declined so ordered again now both gone out of bank and first buy not even reference number to say took order

I ordered a three pack Alpha Heater product on 12/12/2022. I used PayPal and it was taken from my bank on the same date. Margins Holding was the receiving vendor. I have since received several emails from Alpha Heater indicating my order is incomplete and I am eligible for more discounts. I have spoken to their customer service several times. I used the number on their website and the number listed on the Union, NJ address to contact them. I indicated my concern over receiving the emails and tried to find out why my order was being considered incomplete. I also asked to speak directly to management. I was told I would be contacted within 24 hours. I heard from no one in this company. With the next phone call I asked to speak directly to the email initiator and was told he was in sales and he would contact me within 24 hours. Once again I have heard from no one. I am concerned my purchase is possibly involved in a scam. There has been no viable communication from their company.

Scammed my mum and took 500 pound for 1 product

Trying to order alpha heaters from a firm called Margin Ltd after seeing extensive on line adverts w hich looked convincing. Then bank rang to say two additional payments to Trust life style shop for £ 68+ had been made and I had definitely not made any such payments. Hoping to get money back for this scam but now not sure if Margin Ltd (USA) is associated and may also be a scam. Akka these he aters the truth is if it looks too good to be true it probably is. I live in hope. Meantime beware of transactions with Margin Lts (alpha heaters) also

Ordered an alpha heater got charged for numerous bolt ons I do not want.

They are not easy to contact avoid like the plague

Will have to go through charge back process.

Having to raise a dispute with my bank but will get my money back im told. Advice keep all your emails when trying to contact them. All bounced back by the way. Do not call the number either. Absolute joke that they continue to advertise

Avoid at all costs products are greatly overpriced don't believe their hype its a con to get you to pay for goods that are seriously 4 times more expensive than what's out there in the market. I bought 2 heaters for £102 fell for their garb I could have bought in numerous sites for no more than £26 for the pair You have been warned !!

Complete scam. Had to contact my bank after a warning saying this company have tried to take 2 amounts instead of one. Thank god for my bank PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY

I've just placed an order with this company and am now regretting it. I can't believe I've been foolish enough to fall for the 'offers' that are clearly too good to be true, been foolish enough to pay directly with PayPal so that the payment has gone through, been foolish enough not to have read the reviews first! I now can't get a response from my many emails attempting to cancel the order and have to wait three weeks before my credit card company can take action.

Placed an order for the RecovStick on December 1st. CREDIT CARD charged but the email gave no order#. Waited for the confirmation email none came and its now December 9th and my emails to support are bouncing back. I guess I fell for the Okey doke I've been scammed. I will have my credit card company investigate as a fraudulent purchase and report the company to the BBB.

The phone number doesn’t work and they ignore emails - I now have to wait 30 days to raise a dispute with my credit company but I expect I have been scammed

Received product. Seemed to turn on as predicted. Now seems to have turned itself off. Emailed customer service and had a bad feeling. Sure enoug email bounced back. Now I find these reviews. I fell for the New Jersey address. Scam. And I really need a working product. I have mice...😡

Total scam. Email doesn’t work and expensive phone number to the USA keeps on hold for ages, they don’t pick up the phone, subsequently found same products for a fraction of the price in the Uk. Do not use! Asked for a refund twice but the emails bounced back. SCAM ARTISTS, My credit card company are investigating

I purchased (3) Ion Pure on October 1, 2022 (Order number 12497823) and my credit card was charged $ 101.72.

On October 8, 2022, I had not received my products and contacted the Customer Service Team at (888) 552-5292 and spoke with someone who had assured me that the products had been shipped and to wait between 3 - 5 business days for the products to arrive.

On October 21, 2022, I contacted the same Customer Service Team at (888) 552-5292 to inquire about my purchase and was told that someone would get back to me in 24 - 48 hours to let me know what was going on. On October 22, I received a voicemail from your Customer Service Team at 9:19 pm stating that the products have been shipped and to now wait 7 - 10 business days.

Today is now November 23, 2022 a full 33 days since your company told me that my product should arrive.

I currently DO NOT WANT YOUR PRODUCT and would request that you kindly issue a refund/credit to my credit card account as soon as possible.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed and angry that I have yet received a satisfactory resolution to my inquiries with your company. Since this matter has not been resolved, I feel like I have been scammed by your company after I have in "good faith" made a purchase of a product that I felt could benefit my household. Instead all my attempts to rectify this situation have fallen on "deaf ears" and will contact the necessary agencies to report my experience with your company and customer service department.

Would give negative Stars if I could.
