I had a very positive experience publishing with LifeRich. I had someone from the team dedicated to my project. She would respond to me within minutes of an email or a call from me. They handled my revisions beautifully, and I think I had more than average. They let me renegotiate the cost of the paperback and the e-book. The cover is beautiful. They let me go back and forth a couple of times to get it right. The e-book is beautiful and has a table of contents that allows the "go to" function on the kindle to go to any subsection in the book. I got a great discount on my own copies, and they all arrived looking great. I have no complaints. I think they upheld their end of the deal, and I was satisfied with the price.

The goal is success - to sell books. This will take investments. It will also take book reviews. Thus far no one accepts unsolicited book submissions for review. I did find one book club for my book review. The question is - how does your book standout among millions of books? LifeRich needs a nexus with book reviewers. I will try Google advertising. If I can generate revenues I will try other venues.

I am greatly pleased with the help that I received from LifeRich in the publishing of my book: THE GOD OF WAR: BREAKING THROUGH THE BARRIERS. They were COURTEOUS, KIND, HELPFUL, and PROFESSIONAL. I will publish my next book through them.

LifeRich is OK. This was our first experience and it seems that we didn't get all that much for the amount we paid. I don't know exactly how much work went into converting my word doc to the email format, but I am fluent in MS Word and could have made the basic changes pretty quickly. Anyway, I like what they DID do, but feel that my money should have gotten me a little more, like some basic marketing/advertising, or at least the buy back option for printed copies at B&N. I am still waiting for someone to contact us regarding setting up the Author Page.

Nm I enjoyed working with Dan Anderson PATRICKMAGE and someone I know as Val.They were all examples of the height of professionalism.Their words could be trusted and I was comfortable working with them.Their team approach won me over.I gave Life Rich Publishers 5 Stars because they were always courteous organized and dependable.

Self publishers, go elsewhere! Whenever you see "verified" by a Life Rich review, chances are good someone within the company wrote it. The truth is this business should be filed under SCAM. There are plenty of other places to take your manuscript these days, and I strongly encourage you to do just that.

I found the people to be very helpful throughout the publishing process of my book. I am well-pleased with the final book layout and presentation.

Don't be fooled by the so-called affiliation to Reader's Digest. These people are trained to make you believe your book is the greatest thing they've ever heard of. After paying them, though, forget any quality service. There's a reason this company was red-flagged. Beware.

My husband passed away during the final editing of his book. LifeRich Publishing was so understanding that I wanted to complete the book - but needed time. Two years later, I was ready and they walked me through all the steps. Thank you!

My honest review.... First a representative went over packages with me and I committed to the Seed package. She was a liar come to find out. I was matched with a concierge that was rude and didn’t know her job. I requested a refund then A manager head of something called me with a guarantee that she would help with any issues and lied to me. I got paired with a new concierge name that was as well a huge liar. They said that I couldn’t change anything to my book or layout but last minute suddenly they could but it was too late because I approved it. Reached out to The manager and surprise surprise no answer. The marketing guy was a tool bag as well as the final guy taking orders. Oh and I got 11 of my books with my package but only if I pay shipping and handling. What a horrible company. Don’t spend the money. Do it for free on amazon.

I have been waiting since November 13th to have my money refunded and it has not happened yet. They told me that the refund was approved by their “finance department,” and the money should be in my account within 48 hours and that was over 1 week ago. The stress Liferich has caused me; I have no words. Then they told me they are going to withhold $400.00 due to the content editor fee. I demanded my money back because they did absolutely nothing but cause me stress and they did not keep up their end of the bargain by having me constantly change everything in my non-fiction book as they were turning it into a fairy tale. UNBELIEVABLE
