I made two orders with this company
I made two orders with this company, although had to cancel the second. Both orders arrived some three weeks after placing the order (including the one that had been cancelled and refunded).

They think is fine you wait FOREVER
I've bought a book I wasn't able to find easily, but I'm still waiting for it.
I'm missing having some information about when my items would arrive, and some sense of hurry from them a month after my order, which they totally lack. They don't manage customer expectations, and your order can go on and on forever having to ask them every time: how long is it still going to take? It's ridiculously not worth it. Totally not recommended.

To clarify, your original order included books that have a 4–6 week wait time, which is clearly stated on our website and also communicated to you before you decided to cancel those items. After your cancellation, we immediately sent the remaining book from your order. According to the tracking information, the package was delivered on 6 February. We always aim to provide clear information and timely service, and we regret any misunderstanding.

My experience was epic. I reached out on Instagram to ask if they can deliver within a week and they did. Also: the book I got is twice the price that I paid, so cheap! Also that book I couldn't find it in a lot of places. I recommend Libristo to everyone.

Servicio nefasto, el pedido tardó tres semanas en llegar y no era el ISBN que necesitaba, al hacer la devolución a la dirección que me indicaron y pagando yo los portes con envío certificado y enviando justificación del mismo, dicen que no reciben el paquete y todavía no me han realizado la devolución.

Fatal, les devolví un libro y en la empresa de paquetería me sale como entregado pero ellos no reconocen la entrega, además de hacerme pagar a mi el envío de devolución porque no te generan un etiqueta ellos, he perdido el dinero del libro+ envío, y otra vez envío para devolver, y con decir que no lo han recibido se lavan las manos, SON UNOS ESTAFADORES, NO COMPREN NADA CON ELLOS, SON LADRONES

Han tardado muchísimo tiempo en llegar (debía llegar de 2 a 5 días laborables y ha tardado tres semanas) y cuando hablaba con atención al cliente, ni había número, ni había chat y era por correo en el que contestaban pero no te decían nada en concreto.

Si buscas una alternativa Europea a Amazon y no tienes prisa en recibir los libros Libristo es buena opcion. Tienen todos los libros y en muchos idiomas. Yo hice mi pedido el dia 10. Noviembre y recibio los libros el dia 29. Nov. tal como se me aviso cuando hice el pedido. Lo que no es tan bueno es que el estado del pedido no siempre esta actualizado. La atencion a cliente responda rapido con la informacion requerida.

Hice mi pedido el 3 Noviembre y aquí sigo esperando que llegue, la atención al cliente es deficiente; he tenido yo que ir detrás a preguntar qué pasa que se suponía que el paquete llegaría el 20 y no había cambios en el envío, a día de hoy no tengo ni respuesta u solo dicen que están investigando dónde está mi paquete … seguro que sino reclamo no me dicen nada… terrible experiencia.
