I ordered a bra sized XXL I just received today it’s came in 5XL wow it’s big 3XL is okay not 5XL the bra is really nice I wish I got the right size

This COMPANY IS A fraudulent operation sent product nothing like advertising overcharged and refurefund
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
Tried to deal with customer service now continued emails which make no sense. Have to block sender. Still no refund.

Ordered dog whiting product,it was (buy 1 get 1) buy( 2 get 2,) I did the 2 ,total was $18.49 ,they charged my account $22.18 and never sent product, I've dispute it, never ordering again from this company, it says its in Romania ? Not legal to over charge account, bad company

Size chart is wrong. Got them and too small. Tried to get refund for right size. The say there is a return sque on inside of package bag but nothing there. Now have 3 bras that I can’t wear. Spent 37.00 for nothing 😡

Bras I bought were nothing like advertised. I ordered a specific size and they came back as a std 4XL, but were not even that big. Strap did not even go around my back let alone support or cup my breast. Tried to get a refund but offered $3 then $5 then $7. Complained through Paypal and was then offered $10!
I paid over $60AUD Ridiculous company. . .stay away

Purchased 2 hummingbird feeders. Holes too big to not allow too much evaporation. Emailed company for return address which resulted in multiple emails where they refused to give the return address but kept offering $4,$6,$10,$12 compensation. I just wanted to calc the return shipping myself but they stubbornly refused to give the return address which is overseas obviously in China. Horrible pain to return and they want to wear you down. Their return policy is so nicely worded and easy. It's a lie.

I had 2 other orders which I received fine. My husband passed away from Cancer in February. We saw the letter banks. Since my husband saved a bit of change we thought great- grandchildren could split it. We did not get the P we ordered. they want us to take 11 dollars instead of sending us a P. We can't give the other kids theirs and leave out 1. have not given me address to send them all back; are very good at blaming me for not having a cell phone to take pictures and only wanting to take partial refund when to me they could simply send me the P I paid for.

I bought the wrong size and I'm trying to get them to either exchange or refund my money. All they want to do is give me $14 back. Because they say it costs more to send them back, but it's supposed to be guaranteed. Don't buy them.

Sizing is way off. Ordered a swimsuit in Medium, Supposedly fits to 34c cup. The band size is off its actually 36 in and the cup size is so small that it barely fits a B cup. On a 20.00 swim suit they offered a refund of $4.00 US. Their money back no questions asked is a bald faced lie. Don't waste your money.

Bras did not match sizing chart. As soon as I saw them I could tell the cup size was tiny compared to the sizing chart. They will not refund or exchange. I will definitely not order from them again. They started offering $2 USD dollars then finally $7USD dollars as compensation and good will.

I decided to cancel the item shortly after ordering. There is no customer service phone number, so say sent me an email to a link to cancel. After I used the link to cancel, they would keep sending me that same link over and over. Then they told me to receive the item first and see if I like it! This is a SCAM! DO NOT order from this company!! I know I will never get a return and there is not even a return address!!

I ordered the 3 bras special… none of them fit… and I tried to returns and they were gonna charged me even more to return them… after they overcharged me by an extra 8 dollars… or I could keep them and they will give me a refund of 3 dollars… said what?!?😡🤬… good things this happened before I decided to order more from this company…

Horrible. This business is a scam.
I ordered a product over three months ago.
They emailed me and ask me to send more money to resend the item. I never received the first product.
Do not order from them.

Terrible customer service.
Bras were so very small and poor quality. They will not give a return address and only offer a $4 refund for a $30+ purchase.

Thought I had might had finally found some comfortable bras. I'm a G cup and ordered a G cup from their sizing guide and got sent XXL...... XXL does not fit a G cup person!!! And I would have never ordered them if I knew this would happen. Emailed them saying I'm not happy but they saying it's the size I ordered and it's just tough luck.... Which is bullsh**! So now I'm left with 2 bras I can't wear and out of pocket money wise as well as I can't return them even tho one I didn't even take out of the packaging. Very very disappointed and little ticked off tbh

"clothing stitch" gun is just a tagging gun. Not useful for actually quick stitching clothes. Same things are avaiable on Amazon of 1/3 the cost. Tried to return as soon as I got it based o thier "hassle free" return policy. ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! After a week of emails trying to get the return address (you have email them to get it) they refused to provide it, and wanted to give me a $4 credit for the $34 purchase. Finally just disouted it with Am Ex and got the charge removed. Horrible service. Long shipping time. (3 weeks) If I could give 0 stars....

Do not order bras according to the size chart. I ordered bras using their size chart, the bras do not fit in the cup size. I always where a DD cup with any other bra but after reading reviews ordered larger. Still too small. If you are larger than a C cup, I would avoid ordering from this company. They also do not provide refunds or accept returns because what they shipped is what I ordered. Avoid unless you can afford to pay for ill fitting products.

Si je pouvais donner une note négative, je le ferais. J'ai acheté 3 soutiens-gorge , taille 3XL. Selon le tableau, ce serait la même taille que celle que je porte actuellement. Les soutiens-gorge étaient si petits, absolument aucune couverture. Le service client dise qu'il n'y aucun problème de qualité . après avoir confirmé que la taille qui m'avait été envoyée était la taille réelle commandée.
Rien a faire , vous perdrez votre temps et votre argents .

Ordered a product months ago and still haven’t received it. Keep getting excuses that it will be here but hasn’t arrived.

I ordered the colour changing foundation. It is not the same bottle they advertise on their site and it doesn't work. It is just a cream! What a scam!
