Liberty Peptides seems to be adepte at providing quality products, good customer service and professional delivery. However (4) CJC-1295 tested (Fennrick) samples between Apr 2025 and 2026 scored below 4/10 which may require closer inspection. Been a customer <1yr but have been impressed with the products, service and delivery all have been top notch on delivery of products. Will continue to be a return customer and recommend them, but cautious. Please keep providing high quality, purity and competitive products.

I ordered a product from Liberty Peptides and was charged for two-day priority shipping. However, when I received the product, I realized it was the wrong one. Unfortunately, there’s no phone number available for customers to leave a message. I attempted to contact them twice via phone, but there was no response. I then decided to email the company, and they promptly acknowledged the error and informed me that they would send me the correct product.

I kindly requested that they resend the product overnight since it was a mistake on their part. However, to my dismay, they became upset and canceled my order. They assured me that they would send me a refund, but unfortunately, the refund has not been issued yet. It seems that this company lacks a fundamental understanding of what customer service entails.

Now, I find myself without the money and the product I purchased. This experience has been utterly disappointing and exemplifies the poor quality of customer service that I have encountered.
