Ordered on a Friday night and was shipped the next day on a Saturday. Can't ask for better than that.
Really liked that you could set up a recurring order so as to replace the filter when installed one is at its end, as we are heavy users of the fridge water & ice. Now I'll auto get a new filter every 6 months.

It would have been better if the LG App…
It would have been better if the LG App gave me the correct part number, rather than me having to run thru a whole list of items and then cross my fingers and hope I picked the right one. Fortunately I got the right one first time.
The App knows the model number of the fridge so to me it's just lazy programming on LG Tech heads part.
