The floor mats fit my Lexus GS perfectly!

My mechanic says new part is defective.

Placed an order on 06/16/26 for numerous parts, did not receive the order for several weeks. One of the parts was incorrect, and ended up not needing 2 other parts. I requested a return authorization as the parts were new, not used, and had not been installed. Was originally asked to send in pictures of the parts and part numbers in their original packaging. I did. Then was asked to supply pictures of the original box the parts were shipped in, the shipping label, and the packing list. We're a small shop, we can't keep empty boxes lying around. Because we couldn't provide the extra pictures, they have denied the return request (which isn't listed in their return policy) and I can not get anyone to respond to email.

Part arrived at USPS from lexuspartsnow in a damaged box. USPS put tape on to denote this. I called LPN when it arrives and got ZERO service. Just as bad as their affiliate ford parts giant. Damage in shipping, no customer service. I probably shouldn't complain - I received parts for my vehicle that I didn't order but they were too inept to care when I let them know.

On July 1, 2026 I ordered 9 parts through the LexusPartsNow.com website of this company. The order included 2 Intake manifold gaskets. When my shipment arrived, the box only contained 1 intake manifold gasket (I need 2 for a V8 engine). I followed the RMA procedure, sent pictures, packing list and all paperwork. The packing list said 2, but there was only 1 in the box. I received an automated RMA Response that said my Case was under review (they said they would respond in 2 days). After 2 days, hearing nothing I contacted RMA via Chat and email. The first level of Chat appears to be an AI Bot with preprogrammed responses. If the Chat Bot gives up, you can get to the Next Level Chat which seems to be a "human". But the answers come too fast for anybody to type that fast. So it's probably canned answers. Bottom line, they can't do anything either ... they say "wait 2 days" and they would review. Another week has now passed, nothing. I have sent them ANOTHER RMA email requesting a Refund for the missing part. They have not responded yet. I would recommend NOT using this company if you have a choice. If your order is complete/right then all is good, but if there are issues ... big problem. Very poor Customer Service and almost no way to get issues resolved.

After the Company posted a response here, they waited 2 days and then sent me a note saying they would look into the matter. I waited another week and nothing. I sent them another email saying I was going to dispute the charge on my credit card. No response. Then I contacted my Bank and filed a DISPUTE on my credit card for a refund. Only then did I hear from the Company and they refunded my money. Nothing happens unless you force them. That is a shame.

Lexus Parts Now sold me the wrong front struts through their own online parts selection system, and I had no way of knowing until I sat down to install them by which point their conveniently short return window had already closed. That narrow window is no accident; they designed to run out before customers can catch an error, so the company never has to honor a return or exchange.
I'm not asking for anything unreasonable. The part is brand new, unopened, in its original box, and their system picked it wrong. I simply want to swap it for the correct one, and customer service flatly refused.
Lexus Parts Now is quick to pull you in with promotions and buy now urgency, but the moment you need support, they're a wall. One of the worst experiences I've had in years, and a clear sign they care more about profits than the customers they depend on.

This company furnished an accurate diagram of the area of my car which needed a replacement part. The description and part number were accurate enabling me to select the part I needed.

Correct parts were delivered on time as promised. Pricing was better than my local dealer.

Thermostat arrived without the rubber gasket as shown in your photo. The photo clearly shows the gasket on the thermostat. I called and was told to send a picture of the missing part . Like that is possible. Anyway y’all wanted me to jump through hoops for a 6 dollar part. I decided screw it and bought a gasket from Oriellys.

Delivery according to schedule

Took a little long to get parts and I ordered a hose and some clamps. The clamps came with the hose but the description didnt say that. Over all experience was great.
