YES IT IS A SCAM!!!
Ordered an outdoor storage unit for £91.
Was given a delivery date, which then got put back to a week later.
New date came and went. Despite several emails to the only email contact I had, no reply.
I then started searching for the supplier. Found the advertisement on Google, and emailed the company directly, bounced back. Tried calling them, did not connect.
Checked Companied House, still looking legit, but then I found the Trustpilot reviews, all from this month!
Contacted my bank and told them the sorry tale, I can do a charge back in a few days.
Certainly taught me a lesson!

SCAM WEBSITE My elderly father ordered a shed for 90 odd quid when he got a confirmation email it told him he ordered loofas he had to go talk the bank to get the payment refunded

SCAM WEBSITE - BEWARE

Sorry this is so long, but I don’t want anyone to be fooled like I was.
Firstly… Who are Lexahome and what are they about?. The statement on their Etsy page states “Unique handmade décor pieces designed to make your home”. So if you see sheds or anything other than “Unique handmade décor pieces” advertised. Please contact the seller via their Etsy page before paying for anything. They’ll let you know if what you’re buying is genuine or not.
I thought I’d done my homework by checking if this was a legit company via the companies house website. And of course it comes back legit. That’s because Lexhome “are” legit. But these awful scammers have hijacked their account regardless of what it does to these genuine sellers.
Now this poor seller is getting bad feedback for something they don’t even sell. So… if you’re buying something other than “ Unique handmade décor pieces”. Please send a quick message to the seller via the Etsy site. It could save you a load of hassle.
