In 2021 I had a life changing road traffic accident, and I was so out of my depth with the litigation side of things. This was of great concern as my injuries impacted many aspects of my life and it caused so much stress, and to say I was lost in it all was an understatement.

I was then introduced to Tim and things completely changed. My case ended up lasting for around 5 years. It was a long process as litigation is but I would never of got through it without Tim and the help from Desi also.

From start to finish things were so thorough. I was always kept in the loop, updated even if the smallest thing changed in my case, and not once in 5 years did I feel alone and wondering what was happening.

I can honestly say Tim went the extra mile in every part of my case. Both Tim and Desi were always prompt with there replies, if i didn't understand something (which was very often) they would arrange a teams meeting to make sure I understood what was going on.

Like most people when you are involved in a serious accident, its important to focus on your recovery and feel like you can fully trust your legal team so there is not any major stress from that side. In 5 years I wasn't once advised incorrectly, I felt very secure that Tim had everything under full control and this made a huge difference to the success of my recovery.

After 5 years we had an incredibly successful outcome both with the legal side and my recovery. I genuinely wouldn't know what I would have done without Tim and Desi.
