Absolutely disappointed in how the representative from leupold didnt even try to help me out after I sent in my range finder because the display was not showing .. the least he could have done was replace it with any kind of range finder or send a hat or a sticker with the broken range finder they are sending back to me .. like I own 7 leupold products and I will be selling them to avoid this disappointing situation again ... look like ill be a vortex optics customer for now on ..

Although the make a gret RedDot in the Delta Pro. My issue is the time it takes for warranty services and the fact, there is Zero communication from start to finish.
I sent my Delta point on 2/3/24. I got it back on 4/2/24. Along with the time it took, an update email would have made a huge difference!

Terrible customer service, had there £500 range finder break with mininmal use twice in a few years! No repair, no good will, no customer service at all. This company is just cheap Chinese goods paraded at high prices. The warranty is not worth the paper it's written on. Do your self a favour choose a good brand like Zeiss, will save you money in the long run. Or buy the chinese products direct on ebay for 1/10th of the price!.
