I ordered a daily planner, but never received shipping info. I asked for a status update a week later and I was told it was lost in transit and I would be sent another one. No apology, no acceptance of fault. I normally wouldn't review this experience but you've emailed me directly and asked for a review.

I do not purchase very often from you but I always buy my pen holder for my diaries every year for my husband and me. I can always be confident it will be good quality product.

Leuchtturm is my go-to for pocket-sized notebooks, for work notebooks, as well as for all-manner-of-use books. Well made with thoughtful additions, such as dual ribbons for place-keeping, numbered pages and that extra little pocket where I can keep receipts safe. Beautiful quality paper means ink doesn't bleed through to ruin it's other side. My only, minor complaint is that the yellow cover is available in only certain types of books and I rely on that flash of yellow to help me keep it with me at all times - and I wouldn't want to lose any of them. So perfect!

The Notebook I purchase was as nice as could have hoped for.

All items arrived in a timely fashion and in good order. The books themselves are lovely and I am looking forward to filling them out in the fullness of time.
