Terrible experience , I bought a gift for my wife for Mother’s Day on April 27th and still haven’t received it (posting on may 26th ). They said carrier lost it and generated a new order but it seems they lost again , it’s just crazy . Worst company ever, don’t buy from them !

This company is an absolute joke. Placed an order on the 20th of May got an email saying the order will be dispatched on the 21st for delivery on the 22nd. Then it hit pushed until the 22nd dispatch with delivery on the 23rd. Today (26th) got another email saying the order will be dispatched on the 29th.
An absolute joke. Tried contacting the customer service which is absolutely useless. Nobody at this company seems to care at all.
Avoid at all cost!
If you want to receive a product for your money then DO NOT BUY from this company. You won't get the product or your money back and will get a rude response from their "customer service". Hopefully the bank refunds the transaction.

Hi! I ordered a print for my husband for his 40th birthday and there was an issue with it (a small scratch from shipping) and I contacted letterfest and they were kind, and receptive and immediately sent me a new print to replace it with. I’m extremely grateful and just decided to purchase a print for my father in law for Father’s Day, too! Thanks!!

Their refund policy states if item arrives damaged they will refund. I sent pictures of damaged in transit item and they refuse to refund. Have to put in a claim with credit card. Clearly a scam.

Horrible. Ordered a print for Mother’s Day three weeks ahead of time. The first print didn’t look anything like the image I sent. Even the corrected one didn’t look great but I signed off so that it would reach me in time for Mother’s Day, which the company promised would happen. Despite that, it still wasn’t delivered until almost a week after the delivery date and after Mother’s Day. Worst of all, the company took zero responsibility and ignored every request for a refund.

My package got lost through USPS and the Letterfest team was able to rectify the situation and ship me another package. The second time around it was delivered and I am very happy with the quality of the product. Great customer service!

I ordered an engraved plant pot and my friend wasn't in when it was delivered and it went back to a depot. I didnt realise this until nearly a month later. I contacted Customer Service and Marie sorted out a re-delivery to my address, for the postage charge, so that I could give my friend her belated present! Fantastic! Thank you.

I cannot comment on the quality of the product, because it has not been delivered. One week later, and in spite of adequate lead time; it has missed the delivery date for a very special birthday. The customer service has been politely ineffectual. In other words, no one has taken responsibility for the fact that the delivery simply hasn't happened. I am extremely disappointed and the birthday gift is now completely redundant. I am awaiting a full refund.
Response from LetterFest below demonstrates that there is no human being behind the so-called customer service. It's automated, algorithmic and completely worthless. We have allowed customers contact to be diminished to such an extent there is no value left in the words "customer" and certainly less than zero in the word "care".

If I could give it zero stars I would. Package has not arrived after kultipke back and forth emails with the company, prompting me to search to see if this is all a scam. Got word today the package was out for delivery and then found out it’s being returned to sender, after a week of being in transit.
This was a gift to commemorate a death. I’m extremely disappointed in this company.
Addendum- 5/1/2026. I got notice the package arrived back in Great Britain, so no, it was not delivered.

After a successful order sent as a gift, I attempted to get a copy of the print myself but with different wording. It has been a disaster. First, Letterfest sent the wrong print. Then the original print was sent to the person I’d gifted it to. Then I received the correct print but not in a frame and now I have received that same print AGAIN without a frame. No way to speak to a person, only emails to I people who clearly don’t care. I just want a refund at this point. I loved what they did initially but this crappy service is a massive pain and I still don’t have the product I paid for!!
Update: The generic email they offer in their response is answered by different people so there's no continuity except for another apology followed by an incorrect order. I did get a requested refund. Then I received yet another person's print!

I placed an order on the 8th of April, and it didn’t arrive until the 17th — far too late, especially as it was meant to be a birthday present.
The whole process was frustrating from the start. The artist repeatedly made changes to my picture that I never asked for. Despite clear picture provided by me that I wanted the drawing came back completely wrong multiple times. I had to request amendments four times. Each time, they added odd features like strange eyebrows and even removed important details that were clearly visible in the original photo. For example, an item that was required (and clearly shown in the picture) was removed for no reason, which made no sense at all and completely changed the picture (his hat in operation room after my c section)
On top of that, communication and delivery were very poor. I had to repeatedly chase them just to find out where my order was. It wasn’t dispatched for days, and only after multiple messages did they finally send it with next-day delivery — I genuinely don’t believe it would have been sent at all if I hadn’t kept following up.
Even then, I specifically asked for early delivery on Friday, and it didn’t arrive until after 6pm, which completely defeated the purpose as it was a birthday gift. I ended up having to buy another present and they didn’t even care to make it right or apologise.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. Poor communication, unnecessary delays, and low attention to detail. I would not recommend — avoid
My response to your comment - this is inaccurate- I’ve approved the correct order Thursday 9.04 and you still kept asking me to approve on Friday 10.04 when it was already done and you acknowledged a mistake on your behalf. And they some some reason it was not shipped until 16th so 7 days after my approval !!! when it was approved by me on 9th! I kept chasing and again your colleague has admitted that there was some order as this should have been shipped - error after error !
It was not agreed to receive it on Friday 17th as this is when I attended a party without a gift ! This should have been delivered a week before that. So your response is a lie

Item Order LF333532 was ordered Wednesday 15th April at 23:38 for next day delivery. Waited all morning Saturday for the item as it was a gift but it didn't arrive. It's awful how some or these companies operate. You want to support small businesses but this is the risk one takes!
