Absolutely to avoid, I made the quote for a room and a very small piece of entrance, I was asked £ 630,When I received the message with the appointment, I was asked for another £ 230 for the installation of the floor, of which I had not been told anything.

I have been in and out of hospital and therefore wasn’t at my property to let the fitters come and fit the vinyl and carpet
I had to fight for my carpets and flooring, one argument after the other. they had told me that the flooring had been fitted when it hadn’t.. I had a go at doing it myself bought some vinyl from Facebook market place, they had told me that there fitters had done that.. I had to sent proof of me buying the vinyl from Facebook market place.. they were ignoring my emails and phone calls to the office..

Martin the guy who came out to measure the carpets wanted more money

They wanted more money, they tried to flog off any old stock to me not the carpets and vinyl that I had originally paid for. Asked for a refund they refused!
Either take whatever stock they had or leave it.
After arguing back and forth for months on end they agreed to change what they were offering.. when it came to the day of the fitting they sent the carpenter without any measurements..
The carpet fitter was lovely and understanding, it’s a shame he works alongside such a nasty company!
Kelly, one of ladies in the office was very rude and not very understanding or empathetic.

Laminate got laid so fast & quickly that it never got done properly! Now it’s all coming apart and the underlay has ruffled up causing a bump in it and one bit has actually came apart it looks ridiculous especially all the grey sealant that got added on?! Why?! I do not no, all I do no is I’ve spent over £1000 all in for “Nice laminate”im now needing new flooring put down! This is WRONG!… I’m taking this further yous are quick enough taking the money but don’t wanna fix there mistakes!.. “the fitters” I don’t want to even comment on them!

Adam is absolutely brilliant! Such a lovely guy and his work is exceptional. Fitted my daughter’s laminate flooring perfectly, she loves it! Adam arrived spot on time and was very professional. He even asked for the hoover so he could clean up the dust afterwards. Brilliant service from start to finish. Would definitely 100% recommend. Thank you so much!

Hes a very polite gentleman who is very good at his job he's fitted 3 different flooring in my house from my carpet in my bedroom to my vinyl in my bathroom n my laminate in my livingroom hes very loyal will convosate wiv u n is good laugh but most of all great jobs he does x

This is the worst company to go with and they are a scam they take all your money and then there is never a fitter available and then when you ask for a refund the charge u for the refund and tell you 5-11 days for the refund and process the refund when it suits them not the day they send you the messages to say it's been sent all they 1nt is your money in there high interest account and earn money off you and your money pure scam they have had our full payment for over 6 months what a shower of 💩company

very well mannered and helpful young man, done my floor perfectly fine,I will use adam to do my floors again and again!and also recommend him to absolutely anyone as he is a perfectionist in what he does
