Emre, my dentist! made me feel at ease at every turn by walking me through everything step by step! He listened to all of my worries with great compassion and gentleness, making sure I got the grin I desired. When you arrive, the front desk staff greets you with the warmest smiles, and nothing is too much bother. The drivers for transfers are excellent! I could write forever! Anyone who is thinking about going but is anxious or terrified, like me! Be not! If only I had arrived here sooner, that is. I hated having to go. I am so happy with my results from this dental clinic. The dentist and the staff made me feel very comfortable and safe. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel like a priority. I was immediately greeted everytime I entered the room and they offered me a lot of reassurance and support when I was nervous or unsure about certain aspects. They were very happy to answer any questions and I felt like my opinion mattered and I could collaborate with them on my dream teeth. If any complications happened, they quickly supported me through it. I got 2 implant done and crowns 2 years ago. My teeth are still in excellent condition. They made my initial stay a wonderful and comfortable one. I didn't need to worry about my transfers from the airport. They sorted everything.

All started off so well . We chatted on instagram then went further on WhatsApp. Imani took care of everything . We were looking for my mums teeth makeover . With the idea to have implants as she hasn't got many teeth left and not in great condition she’s 43 years old . We traveled April 2022.We get told they will only accept cash so we rushed to the bank to take out £3500 before our flight . We get to the clinic and they do scans and xrays . Which then they recommend for my mum to have bridges all at the top and bottom as she’s too young for implants and with her bone structure she can’t have implants anyway! Which we were happy with. We trusted the dentists knowledge and recommendation as they should know best . If I remember correctly they extracted 2 teeth for my mum and shaved down the remaining ! All was beautiful afterwards with the result . Then pass 6 months and my mum is noticing some blue tone on the tooth and becomes very sensitive and painful . Everyday she was in pain . The teeth they decided to keep,the ones that are filed down are very sensitive especially one at the bottom row at the front and all left side hurts top and bottom .She avoided cold and hot drinks and ate soft food for a while . I messaged Imani straight way and DR Husseinand recommends to come back for 2 days to check and resolve . My mum couldn’t fly to Turkey so soon. Then another 5 months pass I had to message them again . At that point she started to get very big gaps from the gums and bridges ! messaged Imani then she told me my mum has 6 year guarantee for zirconium crowns. So anything can be fixed but we have to get our flight and hotel . It means we have to spend further money on this . We had no choice but to pay this . It got so bad where she couldn’t even talk my mum was crying on the phone asking me to find a dentist near us in the uk for an emergency. We were struggling to find anywhere which will accept us as many places won’t touch her teeth as they had been done in Turkey . We luckily found a dentist in the uk locally .We get to the dentist and straight away he notices a big crack in the middle of the bridge . They were moving and becoming loose . He was shocked how Turkey LETSMILE have allowed this . A big heavy bridge on 3 natural teeth . This cannot hold.we also get advised for the bridge to crack like this there must be some kind of force or grinding teeth at night which meant one thing . The bite was wrong ! That’s why my mums teeth was painful . She returned this January 2024 for 7 days. The doctor spends an hour filing down the crown as the bite was not correct . My mum is crying in the clinic .we got told my Imani everything will get fixed as it’s under guarantee . Then dr advises they can’t fix it and if they remove the bridges her remaining teeth might get damaged . So only choice then will be implants !But at the beginning of this they said she can’t have implants anyway . Very confused . In which case my mum does not have any further money ! She told them she’s okay to have dentures ! We need to get this resolved she can’t live with a crack and loose teeth at any minute they can fall out . So the only thing they did in January for her is file down a crown and let her leave with a broken bridge in half . I’m shocked very shocked at this service I wasn’t with her with the second visit . I message Imani about this and she tells me my mum was so happy and smiling ! I cannot believe this . She was crying in the transport and the clinic . Nothing ! Absolutely nothing was done and fixed . Now we are in the process with having the bridges taken out soon in the uk and have dentures . She would have saved over £4000 . This is a rip off. Stole our money completely. Recommend a wrong treatment first of all and let my mum leave with a wrong bite which caused the bridge to crack . I’m feeling so sorry for my mum . She’s crying stressed and getting depressed over all this . Shocking ! She has to spend a further £1800 for a top denture now which she has to take a finance out .Please think twice before traveling for your dream smile .

Honest and straightforward. They give you ex rays and sit you down to discuss your options and expectations. This is not a “cookie cutter” place like most of the clinics that just want to get you in and out. They have great customer service and response time and more importantly a great lab and doctors who work extremely hard. I don’t believe you can find a better place for the money. Thanks guys

I contacted the clinic through instagram after a lot of research, from the beginning Shireen was easy to contact and always responded to my questions and gave me any info I needed. My husband and I was there from 20th October-28th October. From arriving at the airport we was collected and taken to our hotel which was lovely we had transfers to and from the clinic for all our appointments.
Everything was explained fully from the beginning, I had 22 zirconium crowns, which was all completed within 5 days, preparation and filing on the Saturday and was sent with temps, returned 5 days later for the crown fittings and they are amazing!! The whole process was bearable as I was numb from the injections so didn’t feel much at all!! My husband needed implants so was different to my experience but still everything fully explained and they told him the best option for him, due to receding gums implants was a better option for him, he needed teeth removed and implants inserted. His treatment has been great so far, he has to return in 3 months once he is healed for his permanent implants. All equipment is modern and the staff friendly. We are so glad we chose this clinic and would recommend to all my family and friends. I even received a birthday cake when I left the clinic for the final time as I was there for my birthday which was a lovely gesture!! Thank you Shireen and all the staff for a great experience! I love my new smile.

From the initial contact to the final day the personal touches from the staff was brilliant, always ensuring the patients best interests come before profit. Always ensure you are comfortable and painless throughout. accommodation and transfers all sorted out and the staff (Shirren) was always on hand to answer any question via WhatsApp if required. Absolutely incredible experience and results.

I wanted to get Veneers and a crown to replace an existing crown so I enquired via WhatsApp after seeing another girl get her veneers done at Letsmile.

I got a response so quickly with price and what is required etc., a full step by step breakdown.

I booked in and from arriving at the airport to my final visit, it’s been an absolute breeze.

My initial visit they took an X-ray and 3D imaging of my teeth. They then put it up on a big screen and discussed what I want as well as what was needed to achieve what I wanted. I ended up getting an extra two crowns done on my back teeth as we saw they were susceptible to breakage from previous work. Shape, colour etc. was all discussed and chosen.

Then they prepped my teeth and put temporaries in and dropped me back at my hotel.

For all visits, they send their VIP Van to fetch and drop you - so you don’t have to worry about any transport. All accomodation they will arrange for you too.

For the next few days while the veneers were prepped, you eat soft foods which is easy and you can carry on and have a holiday-pool time, beach, shopping, excursions etc.

Once my veneers were ready I went to try them on. I made a few tweaks(the whole point of a “try on”session) and the next day had another try on session and then had them permanently fitted.

The staff are so kind and helpful and their attention to detail is second to none. My dentist was an absolute perfectionist. The clinic is spotless and so modern.

I wanted a very natural but clean look, so I chose a natural style and BL2 colour. I am so happy with how they turned out. They look and feel so amazing.

You meet people in the waiting room as well as at the hotel pool/dining who are also getting their teeth done by LetSmile, from crowns, implants to veneers and everyone looks amazing.

This clinic really cares about their work and their patients. I was worried about the typical “turkey teeth” but this clinic is the furtherest thing from that. Their work is incredible, I am SO elated with how my teeth turned out.

A TOTALLY PAIN-FREE PERFECT SMILE EXPERIENCE.
Where do I start, we have nothing but total praise for the state of the art LETSMILE TÜRKIYE Dental Clinic. Me and my partner Maxine have recently returned to the UK with our perfect smiles and we can not fault the clinic in any way. Dr Huseyin and his team are totally professional from start to finish, with the airport/hotel transfers, to the first time you walk into the clinic to have first consultation, to the day you are going home with your perfect smile.
The team make you feel like you are the only patient in the clinic, they have so much time for you and there is great communication throughout every stage of your treatment. They make you feel so important. The hospitality provided is second to none, if you are not happy with anything they will always accommodate to make you happy. A massive big thank you to patient coordinator Shireen who is amazing she was in contact with us the whole journey, even now back home in London UK. Shireen was always there to solve problems even if they were not dental related, a real Star ⭐️.
I must point out, my partner Maxine, when having previous dental treatment in the UK, she was never able to bear injections, she had always had to be sedated, but Dr Huseyin was so professional, gentle and explained every stage to make her feel comfortable.He performed full teeth extraction with 6 implants upper and 6 implants lower and Maxine did not feel any pain the whole journey. (She still enjoyed her holiday)
