My experience with Festi was awesome! The pictures/prints came out perfect! I was very satisfied with my order and the time frame it took to arrive. The packaging was cute as well. Not to mention the communication via email with responses was up to par. I will definitely be ordering again for my other son’s birthday in October ! I definitely would recommend Festi especially if you want to get a bundle deal and personalize your spouse, kids, parents, etc birthday to make them feel even more special. Great quality !

I ordered three sets of about 25 items. One set of my items was misspelled. I emailed Festi and explain explained how one of the items was misspelled and asked if they would be able to resend it by certain day because that was when I was having my party. Mind you I received my order pretty quickly in about three days. They refused to remake my order because they said it would not come in time. I loved the items except obviously the one that was misspelled. It was very unfortunate that they did not reimburse me or fix the issue. All they offered was 25% off of my next order. Just a heads up when you’re creating your order verify all the spelling is correct because they would not fix it at least they did not with me.

My daughter’s birthday party was a fairytale thanks to Festi. I used their AI feature to create a garden tea party theme and the decor was exceptional. The items I received were exactly as shown on the site, everything came beautifully packaged and was very easy to assemble. I thought I was missing attachments for the party crowns I purchased and I spoke with Maddi, who quickly wanted to resolve the problem. I ended up finding the attachments in the box but customer service was top tier. All of the mom’s asked me where I purchased the customized party decor! I definitely recommend Festi for any party you’re trying to make and I will definitely be using Festi for every party I throw in the future. Thank you Festi for everything!

Honestly, I wasn't sure if this IG add was legit and not another shipment I'd receive from China/poor quality. I AM so happy I ordered! So worth it and I plan to do this for all my children.
