I ordered a king size duvet set. Arrived quickly loved the colours. The fabric was not as soft as i had hoped for so hope it will soften with a few more washes as the description suggests. However it was a good value price.

Helpful lady who replied to my email when their site said they had no more double duvet covers in the pattern I wanted. She found me one somewhere else they were selling them. Thanks very much for that. Good price - good quality. Nice feel. Quick delivery. I had ordered one from them previously but Royal Mail tracking did not update for 2 weeks so I had to cancel. Glad I tried again though - no problems this time.

The shipment was fast and free! I ordered a medium size calf-length robe with a waffle texture from their site. Out of the package, it was soft to the touch, but after the first wash, it softened more. It is very absorbent and dries quickly. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase, so much so that I got my eyes on their lovely duvet covers.

I haven't received the package
I haven't received the package. Why have you sent the package with Royal Mail when you knew they were striking. I can see it is just sat in the central sorting centre and hasn't moved since Tuesday. I fly back to Canada tomorrow and this was a gift.

The company was prompt in confirming the order and dispatch. However the fabric is rough. After a wash it became even more crinkled and rough so not terribly happy about it. That said, the TC is low and they show that clearly on the website so perhaps that’s the reason

Thank you for your comment. The product you bought is long-lasting, 100% long-staple cotton, and 145 TC. Since it is a 100% cotton product, it softens as you wash it and you can use it for many years.

Purchased a lovely king-size duvet set and received a very fast, well-packaged delivery. Absolutely delighted with the duvet set. Beautiful cotton which improves with washing, a lovely colour and pattern and a good size to take my duvet easily without squashing. Will definitely buy again in the future.
