Scam / Fake Rewards for Canadians

Don't waste your time with their contests. I won the ranking, and they refused to give the Amazon Gift Card promised in their rules. They force you to take a discount code for their store instead. Dishonest company that doesn't respect its own terms and conditions.

Purchased as a Christmas gift and arrived December 11th, however Christmas doesn't come till the 25th. The person i gifted them too didn't want lights on the house and asked me to return them. I called so called customer service to be told I'm outside their tiny 30day return window. Well this is absolutely shitty customer service and policy when I could go to a local big box store and have anywhere from 60-90 day returns. Also the representative on the phone told me so called management only Communicates through email. Bunch of spineless cowards taking people money. And these lights were double the price on their so called black friday deal as they are now!

Bought the PR904117 RGB WP UK Led strip light at 5M length for a feature wall display. Lights easy to install & work ok but manual operation only. After hours of trying to get the app to connect & work with wifi or alexa without any joy am now stuck with manual operation only. Frustrating and pointless

Paid over £100 for lights and then you have to download an app for £50 and the bulbs arnt replaceable so a bit dear for light you can control or replace

I bought these LEPRO LED strip lights Model No. PR410098-DWW-US about 3 months ago through Amazon. To be installed on a display glass cabinet, unfortunately, they were not enough. I need at least 4ft more to finish this job. I reordered the same,
Model no. PR410098-DWW-US again, and they sent me the wrong Model no. PR100-WW-twice They said they don’t have that model anymore. The ones that they sold to me are either obsolete or discontinued items. If that is the case, they should not advertise it anymore so other buyers will not be fooled like me beware.

Both a pair of solar lights loved them one went off for no reason. It was a few months past the exact warranty deadline. Sent an email and they turned me down flatly. I was surprised they didn't even offer another set with a discount just basically sorry to bad. Sadly the company will never have my business again a product that breaks in the short a time is sadly a crappy product.

I purchased a black light online from this company, but they apparently didn't use the address that I provided and the item was eventually returned by the post office to the sender. And, now that I am trying to get this resolved I can reach no one in customer service. I can't comment on the quality of the product because I never received it. I'll never order from this company again and would not recommend it to anyone!

Pretty decent lights.
Make sure first you TURN OFF your 5Ghz wi-fi. Your lights won't connect.

Once off it discovers and installs them quickly and easily.

I’ve tried to get customer service on the line, but in the middle of the day a recording says “not able to take your call, good bye.”
Multiple days and times.
I cannot , for the life of me, AND two of my REALLY, REALLY smart, patient friends cannot get a light bulb to work!!!
I bought 4 from Amazon …. Maybe I got a bad batch, But at this rate I’ll never know.
And I’m so over this brand that I wrote a review. I actually wrote a review. DON’T BUY them!

Got a few of their light bulbs. Work perfectly. Integrate with alexa. Great price

Absolutely horrible product lifecycle and customer service. I bought a $200 led light which lasted 3 year. Similar products from other companies last 5-10 years. Their products are cheaply made Chinese junk. I would recommend others not to trust LE PRO products or buy their lights. If you buy their products, you will pay for poor quality products. I decided to purchase the replacement led light from another company for a better product and better warranty. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
