Excellent service from start to finish.
Needed a stairlift urgently as my wife was due to be discharged from hospital after leg surgery. Did internet research browsing the different companies and customer reviews and decided to request a free home visit and get a quote from Leodis. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and arranged for a home visit. Graham the rep arrived a few days later to measure up and he was a very friendly guy. Not once did I pick up on a hard sell approach as he patiently gave me the different options available with the different prices involved. I was happy with the price and ordered it there and then with a £150.00 deposit and the balance payable after installation. A few days later the installation engineer arrived with the lift and he too was a very pleasant man. Once he had fitted it he gave me and my wife a demonstration with easy to understand instructions on how it worked. He rung the sales office for them to take my payment for the balance and the lady there was also a cheerful pleasant woman. All in all a top notch service from query to completion by all staff involved.

Smooth straight forward and professional service.
Everything from initial contact to installation - no hassle.
Ryan explained everything about the stairlift and options available, also addressing my concerns over an electrical socket due to its location.
The guy who fitted the stairlift, sorry did not catch his name, fitted, tested the stairlift and made final adjustments to the seat arms for my wife.
On completion he talked through everything for my wife, who is now enjoying freedom of being able to getup and down, without needing a 5 minute rest at the top.
Just left him to it, none stop worker.

Very good professional company
Very good professional company, I had three quotes for a stairlift their price was lower than the rest , the other companies I asked for quotes kept on pestering me to make a decision to buy their lift, the only time Leodis contacted me was after I decided to buy their lift, they are a company that seems to care for their customers, I would recommend them to anyone thinking of have a chair lift fitted.

Impeccable Service
I contacted Leodis Stairlifts on a Monday, their representative came to see me the following Wednesday and the stairlift was installed the following day.
The whole experience was easy and very efficient from the lady on the telephone who was very friendly and helpful to the sales representative who explained fully my options with absolutely no hard sell, to the installer who was quick,friendly and extremely competent, explaining the operation of the stairlift to my 82 year old mother. I would highly recommend them, their service was impeccable and impressive from start to finish.

Brilliant service from start to finish.
Brilliant service from start to finish.
Sean came out to give me a quote for a curved Stairlift. He took 30 mins measuring my stairs and answering my questions I had regarding the stairlift. He wasn’t pushy at all. I told him I had other suppliers coming to quote and that I would be in touch. He even went into his van to bring a piece of Modular track to show me as I queried what track would be used.
Anyway a few quotes later I decided to go with Leodis as I was most comfortable with Sean and the quote I received.
A few days later Ryan came to install the stairlift. He too was very professional and kept his work area nice and tidy. He was forthcoming with information on the stairlift although I did know quite a bit at this point due to me researching the Stairlift. From the minute he entered my property until the job was complete he never stopped once and just carried on until he was finished. Sean and Ryan are a credit to the Company also this was the only Company that gave a 2 year parts and labour warranty and they came in with the cheapest quote. Very good experience from start to finish.

I required a stairlift urgently for my…
I required a stairlift urgently for my elderly parents. On the Monday I did an online enquiry on their website after 9pm and was very surprised when just five minutes later I received a call from Jodie in sales. She booked me in for a home visit the very next day for a no obligation quote and survey. Sean the engineer was actually ahead of schedule and was very respectful and polite and we felt comfortable with the price and he said he could install the stairlift on the Thursday.
Upon completion I was very pleased with the respect and quality of the work undertaken. Very neat and tidy. It only took him a couple of hours no bother at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again and I highly recommend them. Thanks to Hayley, Jodie and Sean. Great job all round

we have just had a reconditioned…
we have just had a reconditioned straight stair lift installed and it it brilliant for my wife who has mobility issues.After contacting the company they attended within a few days,carried out a survey were very transparent with the cost and all the back up available also.We agreed the cost of installation,and the whole installation was carried out a few day's later.
All went smoothy and all the staff were great and friendly.We would highly recommend this company,friendly,competent,on time,no problems,brilliant.

Excellent service and product.
We have had a great experience with Leodis from start to finish. From my 1st phone call all the staff have been great and helpful and not at all pushy. Came out to give a very good quote and not over priced. Installed the next day without any issues. 24hr telephone number if we have any issues. Very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

My Sister needed a stairlift urgently, and Leodis were brilliant from start to finish!
The care they give, and understanding of needs, is first class ....from staff on the phone, fitters, and service staff.
My Sister had her first annual service today. Shaun was the service engineer. He rang to confirm time on the morning. My elderly Sister, said he was a lovely, respectful, kind and caring lad.
She complimented the care and aftercare, and Shaun said he'd worked for Leodis for 5 years, and the lovely family firm are great to work for.
She prefers to pay cash, and paid Shaun the correct money. He noticed she had given him £10 too much, and he explained that, saying two £10 notes were sticking together. He gave her the extra £10 back, and she was very impressed at Shaun's honesty.
