Amazing service. They do a deep dive into your specific situation, as they really want to help you obtain the finances needed for your MBA. Their platform I find helpful as it gives you a breakdown of all my monthly payments. You can make early payment amounts without penalties and they send reminders via email with the amount that will be taken from your account that month. I didn’t give it 5 stars because of the % interest. It’s average for a loan such as this, but I felt it was still a little high.

The funding that I applied for is released per semester and I have dealt with one staff member since I signed up. She is so friendly and I feel the level of service is superb. She even responds to my emails late at night sometimes and it would make anybody feel important. The interest doesn’t feel daunting either and I have comfort in knowing that my fees gets paid when I need it to.

Excellent responsiveness and support even during Covid-19. Very upfront about costs and future payments compared to other loan companies that target students. Would use again.

Due to other funding being revoked at the last minute I was unable to afford my Masters and had to withdraw from my studies the weekend before I was meant to start. This meant I also had to sort things out regarding my loan with Lendwise. Lauren and the team were so helpful and went beyond what was required of them in order to help me and ease what was a very stressful situation. Throughout my time with Lendwise I was confident that my calls would be answered and issues sorted out quickly. I am so impressed by the service I received and would highly recommend them!

Amazing. I ended up deciding not to go through with my loan due to the current situation with covid and not being able to find any work before my course start date, and Lendwise have been nothing but understanding. Needless to say they've been very supportive and responsive all-throughout the application process and explained things in a way that was understandable and I felt very much at home with them. Great company, they have much better criteria when they decide on whom to lend money (compared to banks), one of the few companies in the UK that actually provides academic loans, easy to get in touch with and provide excellent support getting in touch with the university directly. Finally the amount that they do lend you they’re able to finance it in a really speedy way!

Support was consistent with staff. Interest rate is certainly not overwhelming. I would definitely recommend 100%.

Our experience with Lendwise was incredible. We had some complications arise with our mortgage transfer and the customer service at Lendwise in particular -Jake Walton and Chris Bressi was excellent. They truly are a company that value integrity and customer service.
In this day and age, finding a company who prioritizes their customers over money is hard to find- Lendwise IS that company.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage company that cares about their customers!
