Apparently years ago this was a good company but not so much now. Sent me a letter, I contacted them, get to the dealership and not only is Lendward not a finance option, they want me to put down money, not accept my trade and give me a car with over 99,000 miles. Do I look like a clown 🤡 or something

Overall experience at Cardinal Hyundai Glendora was smooth from start to finish with communication with John from Lendward and the staff and Hyundai. I was iffy about even going to my appt because I didn’t think I would get approved but I was happy I did 🥹 shoutout to Miriam who went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and made sure my son was okay throughout the entire time. Javier and Art were also very helpful and the staff was all very friendly and welcoming. 10/10 recommend. Very happy with my purchase

I got a letter that sent me to a dealership where they put me into a brand new 2025 Ford truck. In an email they also sent they had me get my credit score boosted by 16 points before I went to the dealership. Very happy with the great help that they have been.

They gave me a good deal versus the auto loan I had directly through a dealership. I was able to get me a newer car with a better price deal that what I was given at the dealership. If you go through the process correctly, they will give you a great deal!

Got an unsolicited letter with big "too good to be true" promises. Decided to check it out and yep. Too good to be true. The dealership took the letter and completely ignored anything it said. They weren't interested in helping me and tried talking me in to doubling my car payment to get a new car.
Then Lendward followed up, asking how everything went. I told them it didn't and nothing had come of it. Haven't heard anything further. No idea what this company is other than a waste of time for me and the dealership.

In my opinion as a dealer I would Stay far away from Lendward. They make big promises, guarantee sales results, and even claim you’ll get a 100% refund if they don’t deliver. Well, I used their services back in December 2023 — and guess what? They didn’t deliver, and I’m still fighting to get my money back almost two years later.
I first asked for my refund on March 7, 2024, followed up on July 26, 2024, and finally got an email from Frank Herman, their VP, on August 20, 2024 saying: “Working on it Mitch sir. I’ll be in contact this week sir. Just need the owner here.” That was the last time I ever heard anything useful. I followed up again on June 11, 2025, and still nothing.
This company does NOT stand by their guarantees. They dodge, delay, and ignore you until you give up. Lendward took our money, never delivered results, and refuses to honor their refund policy. Absolute scam behavior.
Very smooth and informational through the whole process today . Enjoying my Ford Escape . Thank you

I received an unsolicited letter. reading all these "great" reviews sounded oddly scripted and seemed odd considering , as explained by the negative reviews how it actually work or "doesn't work. Its' just the normal go in and then the customer goes to the car place like they do on their own and there is nothing special. So how does Lendward benefit? I wonder if they get paid off of our misfortune. So many companies do this.

Misleading……..
There letter stays it will help you get you out of your loan. This is not what they do. They have you go to a dealer thinking that these two business will work together and terminate your loan. This is not what they do.
The dealer paid no attention to the letter. Ran my credit looked at my car and told me the only option was to keep my current loan and get another car through them making me pay two car payment.
How on earth is that helping me terminate my loan. If you get this letter I ask that you throw it away. They make a promise to help terminate you loan in conjunction with the dealer. This is just where they get you. You’re already in the dealership. You’re approved for a car so just get another loan. They have no intention of helping anyone terminate there loan.
This is a misleading scam plain and simple
