Worth fighting for
At first communication is a little slow, and it does take about 6 months for the whole process, but once they started getting returns from Fiat the kept me in the loop and did a great job fighting for me. Fees seemed reasonable for me and I did much better off paying their fees versus what Fiat offered to compensate the crappy vehicle I got. I would definitely recommend them, just have to be a little patient. Thanks Randy and DJ

While lemon law cases can take time depending on the manufacturer and the circumstances of each case, we're pleased we were able to achieve an outcome that exceeded Fiat's initial offer. Long Process with Positive Result
The process was long and varied in how communication was provided. The websites and information did not work as easily as I expected. I ended up using other ways to upload information through email or text. The first paralegal did not communicate as thoroughly as the second senior arbitration paralegal, who was exceptional in communication and actions. I do think that the process could have been expedited with more thorough and transparent communication and given a more thorough review or explanation of how the process worked throughout the duration of back and forth communication. The communication was less than expected throughout the first 5 months of my case. It felt limited and sporadic. But during the last month, I spoke with the senior arbitration paralegal, Randy Dunbar, and his communication and actions were very clear, very thorough and timely.

Excellent communication exceeded my expectations as far as reimbursement for my Lemon car. I went so far as to refer a friend who also was awarded a cash settlement.
