I used these guys to collect my brother from Heathrow, the driver contacted my brother when he landed and met him in arrivals on time and was very courteous.

Mark was very quick at getting back to me when booking, kept me informed up until the collection day.

We had Mark take us one way to Heathrow and Daniel to bring us back, absolutely excellent service , even when we had given incorrect hotel details for the outbound journey Mark took us onto the correct hotel, nothing was an issue. We were held up on the apron in the plane upon our return and then had a long wait for luggage, no problem for Daniel, he ensured our early morning drive home was perfect. Excellent service on both journeys, we will definitely be using you again.

Having never travelled to England on her own before, I wanted a safe reliable service to meet her in arrivals and transport her safely and comfortably to her destination in Leicester. Anthony was a perfect gentleman and helped my daughter with her heavy luggage and got her safely from door to door. Mark and his team do a great job keeping you informed all the way so I knew when she was picked up and dropped off. All in all a fantastic service and well worth the money.

We used the service to take us from Leicester to London for my daughters wedding. Mark was fantastic, punctual, professional and friendly. On Return he showed flexibility bringing pick up forward by an hour at short notice. Highly recommended.

We needed an MPV to take 4 staff and volunteers to Hartlepool for a 2 day Study Visit trip. Mark at LEC was our Chauffeur and provided an excellent service.
