Dopo quasi un mese ancora non ho avuto alcun tracciamento, credo proprio sia un’azienda fasulla. Il servizio clienti sembra dare risposte pre-impostate. Non cambierò la mia recensione finchè non avrò il mio ordine…ma dubito arriverà. Intanto non mi resta che recensire

Ordered a part for my well and payed more for overnight shipping than the part. That was Friday morning it is Monday afternoon and nothing. Took forever to get anyone and when I did they blamed the shipper of course. Said it'll be here tomorrow? Right.....

Update on my review of 7/8/2025.
The delivery to the post office, not my home, was triggered by Lehman's thinking my phone number was a P.O. Box!!! I have yet to hear a response on what they will do.

I researched their product and found the only thing that they made out of the country to their claim was just their Teflon nonstick line which I did not purchase, but what I got was a box of made in China instead. How can you claim that you are a made in the USA manufacture This was very misleading and disappointing. When I seen what you sold me will not make another purchase. Because you are a company that I cannot trust.

Ordered the 28 oz canned beef product. Very disappointed. Does not look anything like the picture. Very deceptive. Gobs of meat and fat in a can. I contacted them twice via their email contact address and they have ignored me. Tired of waiting for a reply. I wish I could post the photos I have of what is in the can. Its pretty sad.

Poor customer service. I ordered two cast iron potato cookers, they accepted my order and charged my credit card. The item was out of stock when I ordered it. They put it on back order, and expect it to be available in THREE MONTHS. They never communicated with me with regards to the item being out of stock, or back ordered. ZERO! No communication with regards to when it would be shipped. I have requested a refund. This is inexcusable. If you don't have the item in stock, don't accept the order, and don't charge the customer. Communicate with the customer and provide some information about when it might be shipped. THREE MONTHS is too long to have to wait. Won't order again from this company. You need to do a better job of inventory control and a better job of communication. Custome Service rep phone cannot be heard, every word breaks up, might as well been speaking Chinese. This was my first order. Thanks, Mark

Letter to Lehman's
"Ur unscrupulous billing practices cause me to canx my order number 1T590701DV0004630 I clicked on accept with PayPal at $34.99 now because of ur unscrupulous methods it has miraculously become $54.57.  Ur advertisement even says 4 easy payments of $9. No mention of add on fees.😡" people anticipate tax, we don't expect a 60% increase!!!

I have been ordering from Lehman's for years. I love to buy American made products, especially at Christmas. But I will be shopping elsewhere moving forward. The customer service at Lehman's has become nonexistent over that last year. I don't mind waiting awhile for made in usa products. However, I ordered two separate gifts from Lehman's in October. I got a email that I would be sent a shipping confirmations when they shipped. So I waited, waited, and waited some more. At the end of November I contacted Lehman's three times via email and never got a response. Then the first order did show up finally even though I never received a shipping confirmation. But I contacted them again on December 7th asking why my second order has not shipped. I got a email back after threatening to call my credit card company to cancel the payment. I was told my order shipped on November 2nd. Mind you it's 12/8 today. I was told to "let them know" when I received my order for the next steps including refund. Well I now don't have a gift for the recipient AND I have been charged $60 for a package I haven't received and now have been told to wait for even though the last shipping update says "out for delivery " over 32 days ago. I spent 45 more minutes on the phone with Chase to get my money back. Hopefully I will since Lehman's won't refund me. I ordered from Pure Country Weavers in NC instead.

Purchased an All American Pressure Canner to be shipped to Ireland.
It arrived safe and sound in good time. Communication via emails was straight forward.
I'd be very happy to shop with Lehman's again.

Finding a decent Canner in Europe was impossible and other companies were unwilling to go the extra mile and ship to Ireland. All in all an excellent, uncomplicated experience.

Do not order the Bayberry candles from this business.They come wrapped in tissue only. The presentation is terrible. They also do not fit a standard size candle holder for tapered candles. It will cost you at least $20 for these candles you cannot use. To ship them back will cost even more so it’s really not worth them. Their customer service is also not very helpful.

I found the website by googling the item I was looking for. As I entered the website I got a pop-up that I was unable pass for 10% off my first order. I proceeded to order the item I was looking for and some other products and was offered free shipping. I noticed after placing the order that I received neither discount. I called to try to clarify the situation but after waiting some time...I was still unable to receive a satisfactory resolution or explanation. Disappointed!

Ordered in SEPTEMBER - didn’t receive until JANUARY! No outreach from customer service regarding delays or back orders- nothing on website when I ordered saying ‘out of stock’ Customer service claims they sent 1 e-mail at some point (which honestly I could have missed). Called twice to see where my order was before I realized it was on back order- no idea of when it would be shipped (days? weeks? months? Who knows!!) Return policy makes you THINK it is hassle free “Need to make a return? No worries!” But you better start worrying if you bought anything cast iron cause they charge YOU to ship it back- (no mention of that little tidbit on the return policy). Never again!

I love exploring Lehman's flagship location. There is so much to look at, new and old, and so many departments that the place is interesting for just about anyone. I personally purchase axe's from Lehman's as their inventory is always stocked with high quality options. They are also one of the only verified distributors of of Gransfors Bruk axes in Ohio (high quality, hand crafted Swedish steel axes), though carry other high quality axes as well.

I love visiting the store and supporting such a unique business.

This company of old fashioned useful items is located in Ohio. It has great items for home such as lanterns, clotheslines, canning supplies etc.
Try it! You'll be glad you did.
