Jack was so helpfully through whole process especially as lot of the time we were in lockdown.
He always came back to me every time I called and kept us updated as soon as there was any changes

We recently moved into a new flat and our property manager, Jo, has been so helpful throughout all the process, as has been anyone we have dealt with within the LeGrys team. Everyone's been so lovely replying to every email, answering every question and every single request was sorted right away.

We have just rented a house whilst we build our new one. I found Dan in the first instance to be extremely professional and helpful then when dealing with Jo I found her wonderful to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. I wish everyone you deal with in life was as pleasant and business like. They were both great and made a great team

Jo at LeGrys has gone above and beyond for us on more than one occasion. LeGrys don’t actually deal with us directly as tenants yet they have been so helpful when I had no where else to turn. I can’t recommend them enough they are friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful. I would only ever use LeGrys in the future. Thank you all for your help guys (especially Jo) :)

I arranged to view a property. I explained that as I had only a 30 minute lunchbreak I would possible be a few minutes late getting to the property.as it was I was just 9 minutes. After the exact time of the viewing, during that time I rung the team member wising for me and spoke to them and they seemed fine. When I returned to work I found that they had left a rue and sarcastic message on my phone regarding me being a few minute so late even though I had stipulated that due to being in a customer facing industry myselfI may be a few minutes late . Not acceptable.

My mother let her house with LeGrys over a number of years & we her adult children continued this arrangement when mum went into care and after her death. Debra, Lucy & team in lettings were fantastic, always on the ball, professional, fair, excellent communication when maybe ours wasn’t as good due to the circumstances.
